The Shore Eat — Restaurant in Middle Township

OK first I'm not gonna post this anonymously my name is Joe Weaver im gonna say this I used to order from Pizza Heaven they continually messed up my orders overcharged and terrible delivery service with nothing but excuses when I call and complain . So didn't oder from them for over 2 years .Decided tonight Oct 18th 2023 to order from their sister place Shore Eats I got a 2 ft Itallian Smash burger Fries and wings waited over an hour before we called . Note this place is 2.4 miles from my house 6 min drive When we called to ask where the order was the man that answered the phone was very difficult to understand . I would have to say if you can't speak clear English don't answer calls from customers that don't speak your language. He tells us that our order would be another 10 to 20 min more after almost 2 hours we got our order . The burger was ice cold the wings were luke warm the fries were cold and not crispy at all . My cold hogie was perfect temp cause it was cold sandwich. I tried this is the 4th and last time I order from any of these places owned by these people . I will not give them a good review when asked by anyone. What a disappointment from a place with so much potential. This place should concentrate on service and quality other then how many orders and how much they can make in a night . Ps. I'm a local and am very well known once...

This cowboy burger was all that! It had 2 patties, cheddar cheese, onion ring, fried pickles, and BBQ sauce. My only issue was immediately after I put in my order the person goes and grabs a hamburger bun and hoagie roll WITHOUT gloves after handling my transaction.

As I sat there watching in shock, I'm trying to figure out how to let this person know how I feel without getting upset. So after handling the bun he goes and gets gloves. So I shout loudly THANK YOU, THANK YOU FOR GETTING GLOVES. And can I get a new bun since you took it out without gloves?!

I was pleasantly surprised that my request was accommodated without retaliation or attitude. He was very gracious.

So yes, I would recommend this place. And I would recommend the cowboy...

I’m finished with this place. Never have I seen a place start so promising and fall apart so quickly. Multiple incorrect orders in a row, even when using online ordering.

One of their featured items is a Chicago beef with giardiniera. Twice in a row they sent it without the giardiniera. The first time, they sent someone out with a tiny soufflé cup of it a half hour later. The second time, they said they didn’t have any. When I tried to refund my order, they offered to go to the store and buy some for me. I appreciate the gesture, but after 3 straight messed up orders I...
