First let me say that I have been with sprint/T-Mobile for 22 years and spent thousands of dollars with this retail store, being cell phones, tablets, ear buds, speakers etc, etc.went in there in September to upgrade my phones for me and wife,Gary the store manager has always giving me good service up to this point.however they quoted me a monthly price and it was not even close.(see pic)contacted Gary about problem,he said he would get back to me with explanation of what happened.he never got back to me. I had to call T-Mobile customer care and after telling them about my horrible experience I had with the retailer, they were able to resolve the problem.I can’t say enough about tmobiles customer care, they are great!!However if you use this retailer be very careful.I will never do business here again. And ( Gray, the store manager )needs a training course on how to deal with a long time customer or any customer with alittle bit more respect.by the way the quoted price was $268.42 a month, when bill came in it $312.32.Watch out people!!!!! lol. Sorry you missed the mark. Hell you guys weren’t even close, lies lies and more lies. People are going to catch on to what’s happening here!!and by some of the reviews it’s quite clear.i had to go to tomsriver T-Mobile store and their I found the professional team of employees who heard what happened and corrected the issues quickly and professionally, forget about cmch retailer T-Mobile and go to a real store.Gary you suck as a store manager and should be fired immediately,I will never give you the opportunity to sell me...
Read moreThe employees at the store are always professional and kind. However, from the business end I was very dissatisfied with the contract. I switched to Sprint 18 months ago because they were advertising a buy on get one free Samsung 8 phone. I offered to pay the phone off right there but they insisted it wasn't necessary since it would just be $15.54 per month per phone with no interest. They said I could pay the phone off at the end of the 18 month contract. Here it is the end of the contract and it says I have to pay a whole lot more because it was not a purchase plan but rather a lease plan (I do check my bills.... but had to go to the store to see it as it never worked on my phone!) Also the original bill changed twice. Once because the surcharged tax went up (by 4 dollars) (they have no control over this I was told) and a second time at the end of 12 months since the 99$ special for lines was only for 12 months instead of 18 months which means I was stuck because I signed to lease the phones for 18 months and if I cancelled the plan I would have to pay full price for both phones! Now I was paying an additional 60 dollars a month! So I left for Google Fi which is fantastic. Only 20 per month and 10 per gig. Only pay for what you use! And they never over charge you as they have a budget protector built in! Good...
Read moreThe staff here is very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. They know phones, they know their products and how everything works. They will do their best to give you any help, assistance, ideas and suggestions they can if you would like them to. They really take an interest in their customers. And you don't walk in and repeatedly find a whole new staff, like you do at some phone stores. I am so glad to be their customer. You will not find a better staff in any other phone store. Give them 10 stars! This is a small, gray store, on Rte 9/Main St. In Cape May Court House, just a stone's throw north of Riggins gas station on the same side of the street. They have times when they are busy, and other times not at all, but never so much that you will feel you are waiting long at all, or being overlooked. It is a small, manageable space inside, so you will definitely be noticed and helped. Remember, when you are going out to buy a new phone or pick up accessories, or just get some information, that you want to deal with people you can trust and who you want to see again when you need assistance. These are those people. Go...
