Tom and Jimmy's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Middleborough

I wanted to like this place, I really did! And at first glance i thought I had a winner. I ordered 2 medium and 1 large twist with Chocolate and rainbow jimmies. And let me tell you the sizes were ridiculous. There was so much ice cream I was eating it for days. However once I started into the twist I couldn't help but to feel like I was eating Frozen ice with a little vanilla flavoring. The ice cream wasn't milky at all and like I said was more like ice than it was milky smooth. The chocolate was very dark looking and not the usual light I am used to seeing. The Jimmy's however we're delicious I have to say. Unfortunately I will not be trying this...

Wanted to give this place a second chance since we first tried it right after it had opened. Disappointed once again, first try we got hard ice cream this time we tried a grape nut frappe and a coffee Oreo frappe. The ice cream is just not good, the first time it tasted freezer burnt causing it to loose its creamy consistency. Second time it just tasted flavorless. Friendly service but this place used to always be packed when it was peaceful meadows, now it is rarely busy. They might want to take the hint and start consistently sourcing their ice cream from somewhere with better ice cream! Just a...

Lots & lots of ice cream flavor choices and combination dishes and you can always order your own tailored combo. I typically order the banana split with three scoops of ice cream which comes with all the toppings like pineapple, hot fudge, sprinkles, whipped cream which is great because at other ice cream places there is an upcharge for extra toppings. The three scoop size is enough for me& my husband to share but that of course, varies on how much ice cream people like to eat. Great value for the price.
