Dunkin' — Restaurant in Middlebury

I stopped in here as it was on my way to my destination after making a stop at a Dunkin' donuts on East main Street in Waterbury.. the location in Waterbury made my coffee wrong not once, but twice! I was hoping that the location in Middlebury would help me out as I spend a large amount of money every week at different locations throughout the state and have come to this location many times before in the past. I explained to the person behind the counter my situation and was wondering if they would honor my purchase by making me the correct coffee free of charge.. other locations have done this for me in the past. Best Dunkin I’ve been to in CT. Super clean, friendly staff, organized, and great selection. My father is also always raving about this Dunkin as well. Says they have the best coffee compared to other Dunkins. I’m not sure how that is, figuring they use the same beans, but he insists they are the best. No drive thru, but service is always prompt, and shop is always well staffed. Masks required, and markers on floor to insure proper distancing. Great lighting, bright, spacious. While I don’t know if they still allow customers to dine in post Covid, they have plenty of seating, and a cozy nook area, with a faux fireplace and leather sofa/bench. The DD in Southbury, CT is awesome. Each staff member goes above and beyond the call of duty. The store is kept clean as much as possible. After their rushes its obvious that they clean up, and straighten up their items that are for sale. Some of your staff is new, and yet to remember my name. The staff that I know fur quite awhile always greet me by my name. I'm a very outgoing woman, I say hello to everybody. Whether they answer me or not. We never know what someone might be enduring on any day. A smile, a kind word, buy someone a cup of coffee or tea just might be that special little gift to help them reality there are many people who do respond to humankind. Thank you, Maggie K...
