Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Middleton

In two situations this Pizza Hut has completely dropped the ball for us. First situation was the day we attended my aunts funeral & got home later so I just wanted an easy dinner for my children and I. I ordered a pizza and over an hour later I called for an update since I wasn’t receiving them. Apparently my pizza was delivered to some unknown location & they REFUSED to redeliver to me and also accused me of lying. I gave them a pass because younger kids can be sassy and don’t understand that I had a horrible day and this was the last thing I needed. But then today we tried again. I placed my order at 4:44, well aware it might take longer considering it was supposed to snow. After zero communication, around 7 pm I got a notification it had been transferred to DoorDash to deliver. Again no problem. But then at 7:30 when our heart shaped pizza showed up visibly burned, I just couldn’t not say something. After the delivery fee, pizza, and extra tip we spent $35 on something for our three kiddos that we couldn’t even enjoy. On 02/23/2024 I had placed an online order in the Pizza Hut app. It was around 7:52 PM that I placed an order for sixteen breaded boneless wings. The app told me my food should be ready in about ten-fifteen minutes. Around that time one of my family members placed an order for two Pizzas at Domino's Pizza. We go to Domino's first to get the pizzas and they have them ready. Then we go to Pizza Hut and the people forgot that I had placed an order online. The people that worked their were just goofing around. It was around 8:15 - 8:20 PM when me and my family member got to Pizza Hut. One of the ladies that works their tells me they have to remake my food and it will be another six minutes. I go back to the car. I wait in the car for about six - eight minutes. When I go back inside they finally have my wings ready. It was around 8:29 - 8:31 PM when they finally had my food ready when it should have been ready around 8:02 - 8:07 PM according to the app. Something needs to change at this Pizza Hut location if they want to have some buisness. NOT a fan of this Hut....ordered a pizza in June, the longer time it took for delivery wasn't as bad as getting a pizza that was not what I ordered. While eating the 1st piece I wondered why it tasted so different than the last time....it had the wrong sauce. I called them to tell them of the error and mentioned, as I already started eating it that it was edible....the manager was like, great, glad you like it. I told him edible wasn't the same as liking it and I really didn't want to wait for another that night. I received an email that I could get a free pizza next time. Today was my next time and apparently the offer expires and they wouldn't honor it although they had the info of the mix up from my last order. So, long story short, I've received pizzas that the dough wasn't fully cooked, long wait times and finally wrong pizza. I've decided to give other pizza places a try... I never write reviews, and maybe this one is fueled by hunger and disappointment but I'm choosing elsewhere... and, as I'm typing, my pizza just arrived ( quickly) from a different place...
