Could not recommend Middleton Jewelers more!!

I wanted to make some modifications to my engagement ring which primarily involved re-setting in yellow gold. A main priority for my fiance and me was to be able to utilize the existing platinum. We actually live in Florida and had consulted multiple jewelers (who all left me feeling extremely discouraged) prior to walking into MJ on a whim while we were visiting family in WI. Making these changes was a big decision, both financially and emotionally, for my fiance and me and we immediately felt confident and comfortable with MJ. We worked primarily with Manny, but Josh and the younger guy the always greeted us at the front door were equally wonderful. Manny gave us multiple really unique ideas as to how to re-use the platinum (we settled on incorporating a strip of it into the inside of my ring and my fiance's wedding band). From start to finish Manny was available to answer any questions and easy any concerns. MJ also does really realistic renderings of your jewelry which are then casted in wax - because of this I was able to make modifications to my ring which I never would have known I wanted had they not been so thorough with their process.

I grew up in a household that placed great importance on supporting small businesses. I've lived my life that way and it honestly feels good to know that my purchases are making a difference in the lives of real people in my own community. Of course, the store has to be deserving of my business, and Middleton Jewelers certainly is. There's something to be said for smaller jewelry stores. Of course they need to be more selective in the merchandise that they carry, which is something I appreciate; more is not better, and in the world of jewelry, I find it helpful to be shown a more carefully selected inventory. And the smaller store by necessity will be especially attentive to the potential customers who stop by, since they don't automatically get the walk-by traffic of the huge shopping-mall jewelers. As you'll see in so many of the reviews, you're treated with respect and courtesy from the moment you walk into the store. I'm an "older guy" and the feeling when you shop here is something that used to be more common, but which I have not seen in many years. If you are looking for Madison’s best, come to Middleton Jewelers — there is literally no competition. I came in to see if there was any possibility my fancy curb link bracelet could be resized, even though I had received multiple opinions that resizing it would negatively affect the way the link would lay on my wrist, or the integrity of the bracelet would be negatively compromised. Well, to my amazement, Logan, Middleton Jeweler’s master goldsmith, took my bracelet and talked through the process of what the possibilities were. I was shocked. On the very same day, he took my bracelet in, he completely resized and moved the clasp entirely from where it used to be so that it was a bit looser and felt more comfortable on my wrist. Now, this sentimental piece that has been in my family for years, is something I can wear every day and remember the story of where it came from. I couldn’t feel more blessed or feel more indebted to Logan and his team for taking such good care of me and making me feel so comfortable.
