Pizza is great but I’m pretty disappointed with their customer service tonight. My son picked up our order and accidentally dropped our ranch when he got home and ruined it, so I went back to just get some more ranch since it’s not a far drive. It was right before closing time but wasn’t 8 yet, but the door was already locked and when I knocked on the door, the employees ignored me and wouldn’t even look me in the eye and acknowledge I was at the door. Probably assumed I was there to place a pizza order right before closing time, which I understand would have annoyed them, but had they taken a second to just come to the door to tell me they were closing, I would have explained that was not why I was there. This is the best pizza in Middleton and probably the entire TV. We get pizzas every week because the whole family enjoys it and it’s delicious as leftovers, too. My favorite toppings are - pepperoni, olive, mushroom, onion and jalapeno. Try it out because it’s seriously the best. Whenever we have guests over and order Poppi’s they are thrilled with it. Pizzas are made fresh, with fresh toppings and are CONSISTENTLY delicious. Love the staff - HI TINA! - they are all friendly, helpful and fast. I always look forward to Poppi’s night! My family and I recently moved to Middleton from Nampa. One of my fears was the lack of pizza delivery options. Our wonderful realtor brought us Poppis pizza and salad when we were moving in and we have never looked back nor do we miss any big chain delivery places. Poppis is wonderful! They consistently provide great customer service and the freshest ingredients on all of their food. We order pizza, cookies and salad weekly. Their salads and their ranch are amazing!
