Crespo's Fratellis Pizzeria — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Ordered from here on 10/13 because my fiances friend kept telling us how amazing they were. The minute I walked in the atmosphere felt very blah, wasn’t even greeted. I let him know I came to pick up my order. We ordered Rice balls, chicken parm w/ linguine, and vodka rigatoni. The rice balls were tiny and BURNT, he had to squish them all up to try and make it even a tad bit edible. The chicken parm was super dry and they sent it with angel hair pasta instead of linguine. I called to let him know about the order, his reply was “oh do you want more sauce” like WHAT?? I spent $60 on my entire order and all you can say is do I want more sauce for my chicken parm. I let him know the Chicken parm order was completely wrong (wrong pasta) and he said “I can deliver more sauce and make new rice balls”. I usually never leave reviews because it is what it is. I've ordered from Crespos a few times but, while tasty, I am very disappointed in the food this time. I ordered their Crab Raviloli Dinner and it barely had any food in the container. I called them and their response was "Well we put 5 ravioli in it". Had I been screaming about it I'm sure they would have tried to fix the problem but since I was calm they brushed me off with "that's just how it is and didn't help. Tried tonight. 7/2.. Was extremely excited to try this place!! Got a Kid's Spaghetti & Meatballs (sauce on the side). Came with no meatballs. Chicken Romano Pizza Medium Size, was cut into 4 slices, so tough could barely cut with my chef's knife, pool of grease on top, and the taste was in my opinion trash. Also, ordered the Sicilian with meatballs, bacon, and pepperoni. It was drier than the Sahara Desert, absolutely flavor.
