I loved this particular dunkin for many years, recently the coffee is not the same, NOT as STRONG.
I tried all different ones they offer and it always seems watered down and inconsistent!
The foam drink is NOT for you if you are a real coffee lover because it is ALL FOAM! The curbside pickup should have started so I will try that to see if that is faster than waiting in drive threw.
I will say getting the app to get points for buying coffee or food is definitely worth it!
I hope they are able to go back to STRONG CONSISTENT COFFEE! Other than that this location is great and they do move fast.
Always check your order as well as ask them what they are handing you because more than a handful of times the order was mixed up with someone else's order. No big deal if you are consistent in stating what you ordered at the window and they hand you exactly that. 2 thumbs up for the app, SUPER EASY to use. Just link up a debit card or purchase a DD gift card and load that into the app and just have them scan it at the window and you get your points.
I do hope they reopen the indoor pickup soon because there is no reason to keep that closed esp when they move fast and you are in and out. This location is definitely CHEAPER than other locations which is a plus! This location is also far better than 2 other close locations that mess up your order 9x out of 10. So if you want a more reliable DD that is fast and less money go to this one. I just hope they go back to CONSISTENT STRONG COFFEE. The coffee that has 20% more caffeine is definitely NO different than their original blend...
Read moreTo the management of this location you need to train one of your employees for customer skills and her attitude. I have been going here for years and I ALWAYS get the same drink. On 3/14/24 around 10:15AM your employee for drive thru took my order. I repeated my order twice “medium iced mocha latte with no sugar and no whip cream”. Later a hot latte was ready for me so I said I ordered an iced mocha latte. Then the other girl who was about to hand me the drink went back and told me to wait as they were remaking the drink. However, that older lady who took my order pointed her index finger at me then shook her head and yelled you said hot! I got offended because she was pointing her finger at me with an attitude so I told her I said iced mocha latte twice I know what I said. I always get the same thing. And she started to talk to herself and said no you said hot and then her coworker and she started to argue. Then she said you pay 65cents more so I said I dont mind paying more but I dont know why you are giving me an attitude and I gave her my card. She said it’s because I am holding the line long. I was really disgusted with her customer skills. Also, she charged me 83cents more not 65cents. Whether it was my fault or her fault, the way she was handling was very rude and disrespectful. Read moreMy wife and I were very upset (again) with this location. We used the Drive Thru and when picking up order, my wife had me ask the young girl, "Are you sure they put the vanilla syrup in?" Her reply was, "Um, probably." We took the order and drove away because of the line. My wife said that it didn't look right. She sipped her Iced Macchiato and shouted, "No! They didn't put the syrup in AGAIN! Turn around please!" We went back and she went inside. When she explained the issue to a young girl inside, their response was, "Sooooo, how many pumps?" No apology. No friendly facial expression. Just a fragment sentence. She handed over the cup, turned her back and went back to talking to a co-worker.
