I ordered from here using Uber Eats. I had no issues with my Uber Eats service, but had serious issues with McDonald's upon recieving my order. I was missing items from my bag and the bag was sealed shut with 3 stickers so I know my food wasn't taken by the driver or anything. I also ordered a sprite and it was club soda because they must have not replaced those syrup bags in the machine. I called up the store and the manager answered and when I complained about my missing items, he said he made the order himself and that there was no way my items were missing. I told him about the bag being sealed shut so that I know he did not put my items in my bag and that maybe he put it with someone elses order instead and proceeded to rudely tell me not to talk down his store and that there was nothing he could do. He had absolutely no customer service skills and then we got off the phone. I called again a few times with no answer because I wanted an explanation as to why he couldn't provide me with assistance. He told me I was now harassing the store and that he was going to notify the police? I told him I was going to file a complaint with corporate which I would never do, but the way he treated me was absolutely unacceptable. I then asked him for his name so I can use it when I complain and he hung up on me. He refused to give his name as a manager. Didn't offer any refunds or a free meal and was completely unapologetic. Hopefully if I call tomorrow, I can get his name through another employee or manager so I can complain to corporate. The fact that he said he was going to notify police was unprofessional just because I kept calling because he kept hanging up on me. If a business hangs up on you because you're telling them your items are missing, I'm sure anyone would call them back. It's absolutely ridiculous and I will never come here again. I understand mistakes happen at every business, but the way it was handled was completely uncalled for and I hope corporate handles this issue and I'm sure they will. Read moreI placed an order through the mobile app to be pickuped through curbside. I had another person pick up his order as well as mine since I was at home with the baby. We've done this before with no issues being that we live only a couple of blocks from this location. He got there let me know his spot so I could put in the same number, and the option to put the spot number in had disappeared and I could only view my receipt. I had him show the screenshots of my receipt from my email and the home screen in the app that was not allowing me to place my spot number. The manager who brought out the food (didn't catch her name, but she had longer sandy blonde hair) told him that it wouldn't allow me to put the spot in because it's based off GPS. When he asked if he could just pick it up for me after showing her the order number and receipt she immediately knew my name for the order but told him she couldn't do that because the order "hasn't been confirmed". She told him that the order would be cancelled and refunded to me within 24 hours and that I would have to place the order again. He came home to stay with the baby, I went down to the restaurant. The app never changed to allow me to place a spot number when I was in the parking lot. I went inside to speak to someone. The same woman had seen me standing at the counter and completely had no acknowledgement towards me. A younger girl finally came out to help me, and I explained that I wasn't able to put a spot number in through the app, and showed her the same screenshots that I had sent to the other person within 10 minutes prior. She checked whatever she needed to in the app, walked behind a wall towards the, and reappeared with my order already bagged up. I thanked her and went on my way. I checked the food temperature after I pulled out of the parking lot to discover that it was all cold. I have no idea how long it has been sitting there before I got there. Read moreLet me just say that I never leave bad reviews but after several bad experiences of being taken advantage of, I’m done. They steal from you and get away with it. ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS. EVERY SINGLE TIME! it’s not an accident, it just can’t be. Just look at the reviews for this location, the amount of times that items are missing or incorrect is far too often to be unintentional. When ordering through door dash it is even worse. There is a tag on the bag that clearly states in black and white what should be in the bag, so there is no excuse for the frequency of missing items. I’m inclined to believe that it’s intentional and it’s been going on for years and McDonald’s does nothing about it. CLEARLY, McDonald’s does not care about their customers. They’re OK regularly cheating their customers out of items and delivering poor quality food. Clearly no one’s disciplining the employees at this location and they don’t care about improving. Always missing items, missing fires. Cold, stale food that seems to be reheated from hours before or even the day before. Stale buns, watery soda with 50% ice and cold left over fries. The prices have recently gone up and the quality has plummeted. You are a greasy fast food joint, not a 4 star diner, your prices are ridiculous and frankly, very nervy for the stale, poor quality food you are selling.
