It as 11:58pm (confirmed on my AT&T cellphone) with my son. The employee was at the booth and said they were closed. I said its 11:58 and showed them my phone, and they said "too bad" we are closed... So "too bad" is that a new McDonald's Slogan, I am a 55 year old Middletown Resident my entire life, have never been treated so rudely before. Im ok if they want to close at 10pm, but dont say you are open till midnight and dont tell people Too Bad... Or what do you think? My son and I went to Burger King, we got there at 12:05, even though they closed at midnight, they took our order and we purchased our food and came home. They were nice, and friendly... oh so different than the McDonalds.... Had the McDonald's employee been nice, I'd not have come back to you on the website.    Read moreordered through the drive through to eat in my car. as i was finishing my food i had half a drink left and walked inside to fill it up before i continued my day, as i was at the fountain drink filling my drink the light skinned manager was looking at me and shook his head while helping customers which made them turn around and look at me. I started walking to the bathroom I said what are you shaking your head at. on my way out he was blocking the door telling me that there are no refills. like he was trying to intimidate me in front of customers. i felt very disrespected and singled out and my question to him was why is the fountain machine in the lobby area if there are no refills n he just proceeded to tell me that there are no refills with no answer or response to my question. he held the door open as if telling me to get out. i buy lunch at this location a couple times a week and i will be making a formal complaint against his unprofessionalism at the corporate level because i have never had a problem doing this at any other location in my life. i believe he was lying and making his own policyâs, picking and choosing who he addresses and who he does not which is a form of profiling and discrimination and i wonât tolerate being treated differently than...
   Read moreWas picking up a mobile pick up order the other day when I was asked to pull forward to the last window so I could wait for the order to finish. I proceeded to wait over 10-15 minutes for this order without a single employee willing to attend or at least update us on what was taking so long. After laying on the horn for over 2 minutes I was finally greeted by the manager who rudely explained that it took them as long as they did because they were âcooking the cookiesâ and proceeded to shove the bag through or window without so much as an apology for our time wasted. I simply would not have been upset had it not been for the fact that my partner and I watched as the employees continued to tend to all of the remaining people in line after we were the first people in the drive through and not once made an effort to come to our window and explain the delay.
