Sparky's World Famous — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Was just here literally less than 10 minutes ago. Drinks were good and decently priced and staff was friendly, until some other employee came in and we ordered the same two drinks we ordered before (vodka & ginger ale) and he was charging us more than what we paid before. We pointed it out and then the other bartender who served us previously said that she charged us that much before and we said she didn’t. And then she said we were charged $8.75 for a yeungling and a vodka & ginger ale which we weren’t we were charged $8.50 both times. It seems they make up the price as they go evidently. So it’s a decent place but maybe ask for a receipt after...

Went in to have a beer with my lady one night during the week. Just wanted to have 1 or 2 at most. Next thing I know a guy from down the bar is calling me names for no reason whatsoever. I guess he was drunk. So he rips his top off and goes outside screaming. So the bartender and a girl he was with got in the middle of it and I stayed inside after the initial shock. Anyway left there thinking I did the right thing from preventing violence at there establishment just to get a call two days later saying I’m flagged from the bar. Like I was coming back there anyway after having your regulars try to start fights because there drunk....

When me and my friends first arrived the older hefty lady had an awful attitude as well as the taller bartender with the beard. Luckily the beer was cheap and the band was pretty awesome. Very good musicians! Yeah the smoke sucks but it is what it is. Later on Jodie and a younger girl switched to bartenders and were a welcomed surprise! Complete opposite of the miserable ones from before. Shout out Jodie....
