The Bagel Nook — Restaurant in Middletown Township

So I know this place is a chain and has multiple locations but bagel nook is like your average bagel shop in town if it was on steroids. They literally have everything! From bagels to bagel sandwiches and all kinds of crazy spread to pastries and donuts and lunch options as well. It reminds me of one of those candy stores in the mall growing up where it is just a sensory overload with bright colors, so much food and immaculate decor. The entire place is spotless from top to bottom and the staff is super nice and helpful. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for, high quality food that is beyond what most bagel shops can/will do! I got a sandwich that was a collab with livotis and it was crispy fried prosciutto, a sunny side up egg and ricotta spread on a sourdough bagel and it was insanely good!! Never seen any sandwich like it. They have so many different bagels and spreads that are out of this world like flaming hot Cheeto, Oreo and fruity pebbles. Pickup orders are seamless as you just go to a separate counter to pick up your order and don’t have to wait in line. I was greeted with friendly smiles and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I appreciated how inviting it was upon entering the shop, lighting bright and welcoming. I sat at a table, the staff attentiveness was awesome, made sure I was enjoying the food and my experience. So many amazing options that I didn’t know where to begin! The bagels, donuts, and baked goods were fresh and tasty. I purchased an assortment of everything to take home for my family and to share with my coworkers. My family and coworkers enjoyed. Not one crumb was left. I would suggest indulging in the assortment of creative and delightful spreads. Pace yourself because you can get carried away, but go for it! There’s always tomorrow ;) My office ordered for our working lunch. Delicious! The beverage area has an assortment of self serve hot/cold coffees and teas. Also, variety of beverages are available in the refrigerators. The Bagel Nook in Highland NJ is a place for breakfast, lunch, beach, picnic, and home for those evenings of just taking it easy. Fantastic spot ! This is out 4th time in and Still SUPER CLEAN.. (other places around aren’t just saying makes a huge difference ) plenty of seating to dine in they also have a few tables outside. Something for everyone they have a ridiculous variety even gluten free bagels and vegan cream cheese. Staff is so cool chill and friendly just awesome they gave our 2 little ones free cookies it was hectic and busy a little wait because it was slamming on the weekend but we didn’t mind ! They have all the pumpkin seasonal items coming this week will definitely be back in because we LOVE this location particularly visited two other locations local what a different experience they’re by far the best !!
