Their new location is always clean, the staff is always friendly however this CVS is expensive. I took my little sister because she needed a few things too. When I got to the register to check out, my total came to over $70 dollars for less than 12 items. It was outragious. For a 4 pack of Venus Carterages: $22. For a single head band almost $7. For a single Velveta Mac & Cheese Bowl $4.59. For Dove Body wash $9. I can go Walmart or Big Lots and get these same items, same brands, for less money. I know it's not the workers fault. I work in retail as well and the company raises prices all the time. I understand how it works. It's just blows my mind how when they were in the old location, and I first started going there, they were cheap. I could get really good led pencils for $1 and some change. Now It's $4 and up for good led pencils. There convient but expensive. And there pharmacy isn't all that great. My sister had asked me to drop off a script to have it filled. They have three different window. The Drop Off window there was no body there and I was stand there for over 20 minutes. Finally I got impatiant, I walked away, came back, and they were still dealing with the same lady that was there before. Finally with a slightly raised tone to gain someone attention I said "I need to drop off a script please." The guy at the inside Pick Up window said he'd be with me in a bit. There was only two people working the inside counter and it was really inconvient for me. They're disorganized and they shouldn't be. I will not be shopping at CVS anymore. They're inconvient on my wallet and my time. These were just a few experiamces of mine. I hope no one else has any experiances like this. The company needs to work on prices. Until then they've lost a...
Read moreThis was an unacceptable experience that resulted in me having to return to CVS three times. I ordered two prints online and received an email saying they would be ready in about an hour (12:47pm). I went to CVS to pick them up a little over two hours later. I was told that they did not print because the machine was not functioning but the person at the front said they would fix it and to return in half an hour. The person expressed no concern that things were not ready and did not apologize for the inconvenience once. When I returned, a second person told me that the initial person put a roll of paper on the machine but did nothing further and my picture still had not printed. He then spent about 20 minutes trying to get the machine to work. He apologized multiple times and called the original person, who I believe was the store manager to help him. The store manager (who did nothing to expedite the process again did not apologize once for this even though it was clearly his fault when he knew the machine was not printing and was the one who told me the prints would be ready 30 minutes later. It is poor customer service and again, he accepted no responsibility and did not apologize or express any concern once. Once the prints came out, one was wrinkled and almost ripped so they had to be printed again, forcing me to return a third time...
Read moreI am reporting an incident that took place at the CVS located at Highlands NJ on 10/25/24. I would give this place a zero. As there is no customer service what so ever.
I had a 9:30 appointment today for a vaccine. I arrived on time and prechecked in on-line. When I went to the pharmacy desk to check-in inside the store, I was ignored for 15 minutes. A line formed in back of me of other customers and we were all ignored. I asked if anyone was handling vaccination check ins and finally someone checked me in. A woman then approached the desk after I was checked in and let the pharmacist know she did not have an appointment and wanted a flu shot. He told her she didn't need an appointment and after another 15 minutes took her before me and another customer who was also waiting and had an appointment. So after 1/2hour of waiting with an appointment. The Pharmacist took this woman before all of us who had been waiting and had appointments.
I have no idea why he decided to treat customers like this. He was very rude and seemed to enjoy keeping us all waiting.
Before I left I let the "store" manager know what happened and called CVS customer service to report it. I hope this person is not allowed to behave like this in the future and no one else has to have...
