Brunch Cruise is a total tourist rip-off scam. The boat in NYC is just a commuter ferry, not a "sightseeing cruise ship." For $125 per person, the few outdoor seats are all taken (because the boat departs from NJ first) so you are forced to sit in the middle of a stuffy, large cabin in row seats like you're on a bus. 2 of the 4 bathrooms weren't working and no one there was able to fix them. You will be trapped on board for 3 hours smelling diesel exhaust fumes from the engine or forced to stand outside to breathe. They are the worst run company I have ever tried to communicate with. They ignore phone calls, letters and even consumer affairs complaints. They are run by a coward, afraid to speak to customers about addressing any issues. Stay away from these creeps. This is nothing more than a NYC tourist rip-off scam run by...

I love this trip to NYC. It's a fast, convenient, clean, elegant way to arrive into the city. Runs on time and there are a lot of options for departure and arrival times throughout the day. Fun to sit up on the top deck and be outoses as your arrive into New York Harbor. Ample parking for commuters and overnight with a shuttle if needed. Cafe La De Da is inside the terminal now and you can get great breakfast, delicious gluten free and vegan options too for breakfast and coffee in the morning hours. The Sandbox, open in summer, is everything you want for a chill evening at the Jersey shore. Beach bar and live music, food trucks and a family vibe. Great while waiting for your ferry or just because. Lots of space to spread out and let the kids play...

Appetizers were very good quality and nice variety, from "spring rolls to beef filet and shrimp cocktails. Servers came by many many times. Brand name liquors, with variety from tequila to coconut rum ( but only one bar for entire boat ). Needed to have music pumped to all decks, not just 3rd deck. Would have been nice to see " New Year's count down " at Times Square played on numerous TV monitors on all decks?? Also needed to have more table setups, not just seating with trays. Boat needed to be closer to the Statue of Liberty πŸ—½ during fireworks πŸŽ† ( other boats were...

We took a sunset ride into New York harbor. 40 bucks per person, plenty of free parking. There is an outside beach bar on the property, along with drinks served on the ride. There are 3 levels on the boat. 1 st level serves the drinks with indoor seating and climate controlled along with the second deck. The top deck is outdoors. They stop at the statue of liberty, go to the Manhattan Bridge, and up along the shore of downtown then across the river to jersey city. It was a nice ride.

The boat was fun the first floor smelled like pee... They only have two bathrooms and it was chaos to try to go to the bathroom. The wait staff for drinks was very friendly and very good drinks. All in all it was okay for the money... Next year though I definitely want to do a dinner cruise it was a lot older crowd on board and not very lively. Good experience though.
