Valentino's Restaurant — Restaurant in Middletown Township

This place takes forever to deliver! This is two out of three times of ordering from here that I have had to sit WELL over and hour waiting for my pizza to get here, when the place is 10 minutes down the road. Then I called to ask where my pizza was and why it was taking so long and the girl told me the delivery person JUST LEFT and had a stop before us. It been an hour and 15 minutes since I’ve ordered. Then she hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager and he told me he can’t control the weather...meanwhile the other girl told me the delivery guy JUST LEFT. I don’t see how the rain could be the problem if the person just walked out the door an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. I will not be ordering from here anymore, I will also be telling everyone I know in this area to avoid this place. Nothing was done except giving attitudes to correct...

Wish i could leave zero stars. Have been getting pizza there since they opened.... 1-2 times a month for 25 years or however long it's been. Needless to say, probably one of their better customers. Had a problem with absurdly undercooked pizza and when i called, they offered only to re-cook it. This wasn't an option, as we were pressed for time. No offer for free or discount on the next visit. The manager's excuse? "We're very busy and occassionally one slips through the cracks." LOLOL that's a very poor excuse, as I've often seen pizza places ALWAYS check the bottom, rotate it and put it back in if it wasn't done... AND it happened about a month previous to that! This was not a rare occurrence! Think twice about ordering from here. They have lost a long-time customer who has spend thousands of dollars with them...

I believe they’ve changed owners because I see a different guy making pizza. The quality of the pizza is not the same, it has declined. I went in and got what I always got a plain slice and the sausage, pepper, onion slice. Both were greasy and I got them to stay, it was warm outside, but it was hotter inside, I give the workers credit because there is no way I would tolerate working in that heat. I actually walked outside into 95 degree heat and it was a relief. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt and keep going back in hopes of improvement, but sorry to say I won’t go back nor will my family order from there again.
