I have tried to order cakes in advance twice at this store. Both times I have shown up for the pickup and they donā€™t have any recollection of/lost my order. While this is frustrating enough, what really irks me is the attitude I have received from their staff and management about it. They have zero customer service skills and are completely inept. Iā€™ll never do business at this...

The food is good, but the staff doesn't speak English very well, so expect to have trouble getting your order correct. For example, I ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae, but what I received was chocolate sundae... no brownie. Another time I ordered a banana sundae and got the biggest eye roll from the clerk...
