I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pizza last night and the delivery driver was rude with my wife, clearly did not know where he was going and, after an hour an a half, I guess he gave up and chose not to deliver it without telling us. No problem, just a bad driver I thought. We called in and were told our order would be remade and delivered. This would have been fine if it had showed up... we never got a call saying it wouldnt be delivered so we stayed up late, waiting for nothing. That was about 3 hours between the time we ordered it and when we gave up waiting. Today, I am told it will take 3 to 5 business days to refund my money. They processed the order without a signature and didnt even deliver our food. Worst...

The call center told us the wait was about forty minutes. We arrived about ten minutes early and our pizza was already done. We only live about five minutes away and by the time we got home our pizza was completely cold and we had to reheat it up in the microwave and due to that the pizza became rubbery. We've always had really great service and food from this location but I feel like there should be a pizza tracker or something similar due to the miscommunication between the store and the call center. I don't believe it was the stores fault in anyway other than the call centers misconception on the wait for our pizza. I dont want to pay almost 25 dollars for food that had been sitting for awhile and needed to be reheated upon...

Ordered pizza 20 min pickup. Got to store 20 min later. 4 customers later they tell me they don't know what happened to my pizza. So after 40 mins they didn't remake it I then got belligerent with them due to the situation. I'll never eat here at this location again since instead of remaking g the pizza continue to have me wait for no reason till I confronted them about it then tried to rectify the situation. And the reason they didn't remake it was they said they was too busy too... so I'm pizzaless tonight I guess they said...
