DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY AND SAID THEY DONT HAVE THE ABILITY TO GIVE A REFUND. I Ordeded dinner for my whole family here and they put some single persons ordered in my bag. Now I don't have any food and they said they can't refund me. THIS IS A REGULAR OCCURRENCE HERE! After multiple previous bad experiences, we decided to give this place another shot. I ordered take out for me and my kids. My bag had the correct receipt on the outside receipt but contained an entirely different person's order. We tried to contact the store but I had to talk to an AI chat bot for 5 minutes to explain every detail that was wrong with my order (everything). Then the chatbot said thanks but there isn't anyone available to help me and to have a nice day and enjoy my meal 😔. We tired to call the store directly to reorder but it took 5 calls to the store to actually get the line to ring and then it just asked for a PASSWORD?!?! It's now a half hour later and we have to drive back to the store to reorder everything in person and rewait again. This is the single worst food ordering experience of my life. Update. My wife just returned with our remade order. She said the staff was extremely unprofessional accused us of messing up (there just young kids tho so hard to get mad). She just returned with the remade order and they screwed it up again! All of our orders were missing half the ingredients. All the meat and all of the upcharge ingredients were missing. We basically got the kids version of every order including my burrito being half the size of my palm. I just want my money back. I paid for dinner. I never received a single correct item i ordered. I'm hungry. My kids are hungry. And now I'm trying to fight for a refund for over an hour. My wife just went back for a 3rd time!!!! And asked for our correct order. They are now saying they don't have our ingredients we ordered and to ask for a refund through the app. The app is telling me to talk to the store!!! This has to be illegal. She's now waking them through a 4th order ingredient by ingredient. The girl at the register said it's her training day and there isn't anyone else around and she feels terrible ā¤ļø. They have no idea when the actual manager will be back either. I just told my coworker about this issue and he said the same thing happened to him earlier this week. Close it down! They steal all your money without giving any food and leave some poor kids responsible. There's plenty of other Mexican places right down the street that deserve your money so much more than this place (if you even get any of the food you order). Update 2: It's the next day and I'm still trying to get my money back but Chipotle is telling me that no one can help me. Screen shot attached. Since I posted this review I've had multiple other people contact me saying they have had the same issue at this location. Do not order here! They will take all your money and never give you your order!!

Came here for a quick dinner and being disappointed is an understatement. The hot and cold line was an absolute mess and reflected in my burrito each time I took a bite and tasted ingredients I didn’t order. The cashier was friendly but unorganized since the staff didn’t care to write the order on the foil of the burrito. When looking for a place to sit, the dinning room was filthy. I have attached photos but find it amazing that with 8 workers in the open kitchen, I had to wipe my own table down to sit and enjoy my food. On top of this, I watched as the worker on the line held his phone in his gloved hands and then proceeded to make an order with those same gloves on. The Agua Fresca was completely out and no employee had a care to refill it. Keep in mind, it was 5 in the afternoon. This overall experience was horrible and I think the regional manager needs to pay a visit to this location. If the dining room is a mess, how safe is the food preparation?

[Updated Review]: Nothing has changed at this location. As a vegetarian, the sofritas and black beans are staples for me but all my bowls are swimming in liquid that’s an inch deep because they don’t take the extra second to drain the scoop. I’ve added a picture now. Also, never order double protein online. They won’t give it to you. I understand staffing problems are an issue, but this is just laziness. Chipotle is my favorite fast casual chain but unfortunately this is the only location around. Please do better by fixing your standards. If standards improve with some consistency, I will update my review. PS. They almost never have the salad dressing. [Old Review]: I don’t normally write bad reviews, but this is the third time i’ve order online from this Chipotle and and each time they neglect to put the side of dressing with the salad. Also I paid $2.50 for extra sofritas and received one measly scoop at best. Disappointing.

[Updated Review]: Nothing has changed at this location. As a vegetarian, the sofritas and black beans are staples for me but all my bowls are swimming in liquid that’s an inch deep because they don’t take the extra second to drain the scoop. I’ve added a picture now. Also, never order double protein online. They won’t give it to you. I understand staffing problems are an issue, but this is just laziness. Chipotle is my favorite fast casual chain but unfortunately this is the only location around. Please do better by fixing your standards. Worst service and worst chipotle location I’ve ever had the displeasure of frequenting. Never again will they receive my money. Staff for the most part are friendly. Managements attitudes are without regard for patrons. This is the last straw for me, I went in and they stated on a sign they were only accepting card, that’s fine by me even though it is ridiculous that a business cant accept U.S currency. So I stand in a line of 5 people waiting while the entire staff of 5-6 people are all just standing there talking amongst themselves. 8-10 minutes into standing there waiting one of them finally decides to turn around and grace us with the knowledge that they are only accepting online orders that requires you to download the app, place the order that takes at least 15-30 minutes to receive and the vastly limit your ordering options and charge you extra for less. No sign and no acknowledgment of the line of people waiting. I frequented this restaurant with my whole crew of guys for lunch break at least 3-4 times a week spending 40-50 dollars per visit. This inconvenience has happened often and it is always frustrating but this degree of disrespect and disregard for patron’s time has pushed me over the limit. I will be saying goodbye to chipotle for good. If you have the time go to Tijuana’s in Newport or Salsa’s in Portsmouth or literally any other option. It will save you time, money, and frustration. Called this store’s number to place an order. It states on the message that you can order online or call the store for pickup, but you need to order online for delivery. I was picking up, but when I tried to order online it kept getting the order wrong. I tried to call and the person I spoke to refused to take my order over the phone. I told her I was unable to put in the order online and she told me ā€œevery other person who tried was able to do it.ā€ and refused to help me. I would have dropped it, but I had taken orders for several people who were in COVID isolation at a hotel and I didn’t want to disappoint them. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but I don’t think, because of her attitude, that the person who got on the phone was a supervisor. She refused to tell me her name, but told me her manager was a Shey Rivera, who wasn’t there. When I asked how I could contact this person, the ā€œsupervisorā€ hung up on me. I called back, but they still refused to identify the ā€œsupervisorā€ and were very rude. I am disappointed in such unprofessional and inappropriate behavior in a time like this. Customer service was abominable. I really like Chipotle, but this one in Middletown is a mess. They need to change their ordering procedures, get new management and retrain...
