DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! THEY TOOK ALL MY MONEY AND SAID THEY DONT HAVE THE ABILITY TO GIVE A REFUND. I Ordeded dinner for my whole family here and they put some single persons ordered in my bag. Now I don't have any food and they said they can't refund me. THIS IS A REGULAR OCCURRENCE HERE!
After multiple previous bad experiences, we decided to give this place another shot. I ordered take out for me and my kids. My bag had the correct receipt on the outside receipt but contained an entirely different person's order. We tried to contact the store but I had to talk to an AI chat bot for 5 minutes to explain every detail that was wrong with my order (everything). Then the chatbot said thanks but there isn't anyone available to help me and to have a nice day and enjoy my meal š”. We tired to call the store directly to reorder but it took 5 calls to the store to actually get the line to ring and then it just asked for a PASSWORD?!?! It's now a half hour later and we have to drive back to the store to reorder everything in person and rewait again. This is the single worst food ordering experience of my life.
Update. My wife just returned with our remade order. She said the staff was extremely unprofessional accused us of messing up (there just young kids tho so hard to get mad). She just returned with the remade order and they screwed it up again! All of our orders were missing half the ingredients. All the meat and all of the upcharge ingredients were missing. We basically got the kids version of every order including my burrito being half the size of my palm.
I just want my money back. I paid for dinner. I never received a single correct item i ordered. I'm hungry. My kids are hungry. And now I'm trying to fight for a refund for over an hour.
My wife just went back for a 3rd time!!!! And asked for our correct order. They are now saying they don't have our ingredients we ordered and to ask for a refund through the app. The app is telling me to talk to the store!!! This has to be illegal.
She's now waking them through a 4th order ingredient by ingredient. The girl at the register said it's her training day and there isn't anyone else around and she feels terrible ā¤ļø. They have no idea when the actual manager will be back either.
I just told my coworker about this issue and he said the same thing happened to him earlier this week.
Close it down! They steal all your money without giving any food and leave some poor kids responsible. There's plenty of other Mexican places right down the street that deserve your money so much more than this place (if you even get any of the food you order).
Update 2: It's the next day and I'm still trying to get my money back but Chipotle is telling me that no one can help me. Screen shot attached. Managements attitudes are without regard for patrons. This is the last straw for me, I went in and they stated on a sign they were only accepting card, thatās fine by me even though it is ridiculous that a business cant accept U.S currency. So I stand in a line of 5 people waiting while the entire staff of 5-6 people are all just standing there talking amongst themselves. 8-10 minutes into standing there waiting one of them finally decides to turn around and grace us with the knowledge that they are only accepting online orders that requires you to download the app, place the order that takes at least 15-30 minutes to receive and the vastly limit your ordering options and charge you extra for less. No sign and no acknowledgment of the line of people waiting. I frequented this restaurant with my whole crew of guys for lunch break at least 3-4 times a week spending 40-50 dollars per visit. This inconvenience has happened often and it is always frustrating but this degree of disrespect and disregard for patronās time has pushed me over the limit. I was picking up, but when I tried to order online it kept getting the order wrong. I tried to call and the person I spoke to refused to take my order over the phone.
