Pleasantly greeted upon entering, but as I walked around I wondered if they were going out of business. This store was filthy! There are tags, clothing stickers, hangers, left over items thrown anywhere and everywhere in the store. I went to try on a Columbia skirt and the dressing room was an absolute disaster. Piles of clothes all over the bench and door. The biggest dust bunnies I have ever seen all over the store. Handprints on anything glass or mirrored. Tons of lights out or flickering like crazy. Piles of unopened inventory everywhere. The front of the store looks sad. The windows are covered in dirt, the sign is extremely sun faded, the columns are crumbling. I had to leave cause it just felt dirty and I couldn’t focus on anything but the filthy floor and everything else lacking any care. Read moreI called this store to reserve some parts (3 Lewmar halyard blocks @ $50 each). Because I would not be able to pick them up for a little over a week, the store required me to pay in advance in order to have the parts held. No problem, that's a reasonable policy. I paid over the phone, and my money was taken no problem. But when I arrived to pick up my parts, they were mysteriously missing (obviously sold to someone else). Nothing whatsoever has been done to make this right. I am stuck waiting for parts to arrive from other stores so that I can buy them. It's been a week since I attempted to pick the parts up, and no replacements have arrived yet. Meanwhile, I am behind schedule on my cruise because I am stuck here waiting on parts that HAVE BEEN PAID FOR SINCE AUG 11. Truly terrible practice at this...
Read moreWent into the store this morning to buy flairs the young man at the register was very nice. The woman working next to him on the other hand was a pc of work. When I asked if they would price match Defender marine the young man said sure but the woman quickly jumped in and said store policy is that I would need to present it to them they would not look it up. She said it always been that way. I guess I can see it if there is a line of people waiting but not the case. Then she said think about it “it doesn’t make good business sense to look that up for you. “ I guess pissing off the customer loosing the sale and customer makes good business sense to this woman.
