Hello, I disappointed that I have to submit this complaint. I placed an order for my son and daughter tonight, the customer service was awful. This was a simple online order that went very wrong. I spoke with the owner, who Instantly accused the customer of lying about the transaction. I was not in any way jeopardizing my 30.00 order! The owner's claim was the delivery person call, and there was no answer. The call was conformational, and hostile. My son became upset because he over heard the conversation and I used undesired language a frustrating moment. The owner gave me an ultimatum to apologize to him or not receive the delivery. I quickly replied, the comment was made to my son , not towards him. He didn't try to sort through the confusion be before hanging up the phone without confirming the 30.00 refund. I am positive the delivery driver NEVER reached out. I whis there was a moment where I could have presented my end of this transaction. I guess what was so upsetting was how dismissive the ower was from the minute he picked up the phone. At first we used to get attitudes for changing our number on the app. Then the owner andrew said he needed to see my id and credit card within 24 hours or he would call the cops. We showed up in 15 minutes to the store to show him after placing a $50+ order ans he was not present at the store. He didnt refund my money nor give me my order. We proceeded to call the next morning where he began spelling out words to me very rudly like i was an imbecile. Saying he was still going to call the cops. So i called myself in more words then less the cops said there was notbing they could do and he was stupid. Called him back to warn him he said he didnt care began yelling and hung up the phone on me mid conversation. These people are very rude and unprofessional. Not only am i giving this reveiw but i am going to make a viral post on facebook and call the franchise. This man andrew SHOULD NOT own this business it should be SHUT DOWN. Read morePizza was marked as delivered but it never arrived. Driver called when map showed him at the end of my street. 9 minutes later, no pizza. Map said it was delivered at my address. When I called the store to explain, the person who answered couldn't be bothered and simply said "he will be there" before even taking my information to look up my order. Waited 5 more minutes and called back only to be hung up on. Called again and the same "pleasant" person answered and said "hold on", and put me on hold. When I finally got to speak to someone, it was a different person. When they contacted the driver, he said he left the pizza in the lobby..I live in a house, which the driver knew because I instructed him to place it on the front porch. Next time, listen to your customers..treat them like people..and simply take care of your mistakes. To be completely dismissed right away was unacceptable. I asked for a refund and ordered pizza elsewhere. Won't be back..not because of the mistake but because of how Person #1 handled it. Your employee dismissed a customer who ended up being 100% correct. You have way too much competition in town to be treating customers...
