Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown

So I order constantly from this business and not one time has my address never been found. Get a call while we are busy an a text about address not correct and we order online at least twice a week. I call the store to try an tell them I’ve double checked my address online and while I’m on the phone with the lady I said I’m looking at it now an she responds with an unneeded attitude in the middle of me talking an says oh yeah well I’m looking at it too and it’s wrong.. ummm ok I’m just trying to get this fixed there’s no need for the attitude. So now we are in a heated discussion I ask for corporate number or something I get met with a very smart laughing response we are a franchise and I’m the manager.. k cool that’s great so who can you give me to complain too then I guess according to her I have to complain about her directly to her. Then she slips an says she’s will pass my complaint to her general manager oh so there is a person you could let me contact guess nowadays when you have an issue somewhere it’s not allowed to talk to someone to make a formal complaint.. good way to lose very very good and usual customers. Thanks dominos good way too...

I wish I could do a -1 star. We had a mess up on our order tonight, so I went in to have it fixed. And, the amount of unsanitariness was absolutely insane. Not a single employee was wearing gloves. I watched employees touch their hair, wipe their nose, eyes, take money and instantly go to touching the dough. When I asked them about it (being a GM for a different pizza location) their answer was it runs thru an oven at 400°s anyways so what does it matter! And, when they took my sandwich out of the oven, the manager with a very horrible attitude said "everyone stop, no one touch her food without gloves" which was the ONLY TIME anyone touched the huge box of gloves supplied. Needless to say, I didn't even ask for a refund. I put it in the trash and will never be back to...

The food was luke warm at best. The pan pizza had very little or no cheese. It had too much sauce. The pasta was dry it is like its been sitting for god knows how long, nasty.... The wings were rubbery.... The brownie was burnt on the edges and bottom.... The cinnamon bites were ok.

The delivery and ordering process was pretty good, driver was polite and on time.... But the food was terrible and costs too much for what it is.... I will never order from this company again... I dont see any way that it could be made right and I doubt that it will even be tried.... Not only will I not recommend to my friends, I feel like I should actively campaign against Dominos as a whole..... I don't know what else to say... This was a terrible food...
