10/14/25 approx 4:15 pm. To Hardee’s supervisor…. Please read. I will never go to Hardee’s again Very bad experience. I have now replaced my five star lengthy reviews with one star reviews if I could give it a zero star I would.
Today I spent 10 minutes at the speaker for drive through where you order your food obviously, the gentleman (Khalil) from the window was new. He kept asking the manager questions and finally the manager came over and snipped at him putting that in the computer instead of showing him.
Next, I came around to the window to pay and get my food He took my credit card And then returned it back to me. Then he asked for my credit card back again to run it through. I asked him if it was charged twice. He said it wasn’t. I asked him for each receipt the one where I wasn’t charged if I wasn’t and the one where I was charged through, I don’t know what type of mistakes the store is making, could not give me a receipt because for some reason. He called the manager again…Danielle.
I told her I was concerned I would be charged twice. She told me when I get my bill I could “dispute it with the bank “. I can’t believe that was her response that when I get my bill, I can dispute it with my credit card company instead of her helping now.
However Danielle said their receipts jumped over my receipt number. They had everyone’s receipt except for mine. So she could not give me a receipt. This went on and on where she kept explaining about her computer instead of solving my problem.
If I had to describe the managers demeanor, I would use the words surly, Aggressive, And ticked off with me, despite the problem arising from Hardee’s beginning with the length of time to get the order put in and the whole thing with the receipt.
I asked her if I could speak to the manager she said she was the manager so I asked if I could talk to her supervisor. She said she called her supervisor, but her supervisor was in a meeting and that I could call her supervisor back tomorrow.
That’s ridiculous. A customer is more important than a meeting that someone can step out of. Really ticked off about that
In the meantime, this is going on for at least 10 minutes at the window. There is a line of cars behind me. I asked her if I could have my food remade because it’s just sitting there in the bag in my car all this time she really made extreme faces at me as if I’m asking for something terrible.
The whole idea with Hardees says is that you’re supposed to let them know if your food is hot at the window or not. I never got a chance to do that all in all the summary for this is I used to love going to Hardee’s.
When I asked for new hot food, Danielle aggressively told me I would have to give them mine back. I told her of course, but that I would trade it when the new order was made so they didn’t hand the same bag back to me. Omg. I was not there to make a profit.
This was a terrible terrible experience and it wasn’t even about the food. Poor Khalil, The young man in the window is really having so much trouble at the window, but more than anything. The problem is his manager.
She kept walking away when he was having trouble way before she was so thoroughly aggressive with me.
And clearly by Khalil having been at a loss after working there a week has not had the proper training. All he ever got was disrespect from Danielle. I feel sorry for him, even if the mistake originated by his inexperience.
I did not like the way she treated Khalil.

Not no more because yesterday morning I ordered my usual egg and cheese croissant and a sm coke. On my way to work I was eating it and it didnt taste that good. When I turned the light on in the car, I notice it had ALOT of BLACK MOLD ON IT. I almost threw up. And the funny thing is I called them at the store when I got to work and they said to come in today for a refund and a free breakfast. I WOULD NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN. I sent 2 emails to corporate and a message. I didn't realize that the district manager called and left voicemail yesterday but she also said the same thing that she would reimburse me and get a free breakfast on them. Are you kidding me??? Read moreNormally, I don't write reviews, but when service is so bad I feel like I have to speak up. I just visited Hardee's after a long hiatus and now I remember why. I placed my order and waited several minutes only for the drive thru server ask if I could pull around to the front of the store and they would bring my order out. I waited, and waited and waited some more. When they finally brought my order out, the fries were cold and they forgot to the main item in the kids meal. The CHEESE BURGER!!!! Everything was dumped in the bag upside down. I had to go inside the store to retrieve what was missing. My meal they totally got wrong. The bread was stale and dry.. , I asked for No pickles or tomatoes, guess what was in the burger. RIDICULOUS!!! Total waste of time. Hardee's staff you need to do better.
