Rachel Palmieri made our wedding cake, and to say it was perfect doesn’t even come close. Not only was it absolutely stunning—truly more beautiful than I ever imagined—but it tasted just as amazing as it looked. We chose two flavors: almond cake with almond cream for the bottom tier, and lemon cake with whipped lemon cheesecake cream for the top two tiers. Every bite was unforgettable.

Rachel was a dream to work with: easygoing, incredibly responsive, and so talented. One of the best decisions we made was giving her creative freedom with the flower placement and design—she absolutely blew us away. Her attention to detail and artistic touch turned the cake into a real centerpiece of our celebration.

I just want to start off by saying I was really relieved that communication with Rachel was effortless. She responded to emails very quickly and helped me out a lot with the design I inquired about. Even though some of what I originally wanted wasn’t possible for the time frame I had she was able to make it work which I appreciated so much. My jaw dropped when I picked up the cake and saw it! I ordered 40 trays of cookies for client gifts and Rachel was amazing! She worked with me to ensure each platter had exactly what I wanted and she went out of her way to wrap them perfectly. I highly recommend working with Rachel, she's the best, and everything she bakes is delicious.
