Roberto's Pizza Subs And Brew — Restaurant in Middletown

My family and I had a large half pepperoni half cheese pizza and a cheesesteak sub. 1 kid was sent home due to excessive vomiting, my toddlers both are currently vomiting and pooping excessively. My sister had to go to the ER in which she was advised that she had food poisoning. When I reached out to the restaurant I was advised that no other customers complained so it couldn’t be the food. Was told I will get a callback still waiting.

Edit: The fact that you would sit on this review and lie to the customers is ridiculous and very unprofessional however, that is fine. No one hung up on you. The call was over when you said that there was nothing that you would do or no other people complain. Everyone in my house was sick and still sick today being Wednesday, October 12, 2023 and we purchased the food on October 10, 2023. I explained how I wanted the pizza 3 times if there was confusion it was on their End . I glance at the pizza 🍕 to see if it was prepared correctly one side being pepperoni one half being cheese 🧀 don't try to justify You or Your Cook decided to Take an Old plain cheese pizza you made up for slice's and put pepperoni half of it to shut me up ..and Kim is a cook of 33 yrs she just happen to notice the pepperoni was Not even cooked they were barely warm then I call in to ask if you all like to make it right and you all say I must bring the pie back in and I explain I ate a peice cuz I was starving and kim ate some of her slice you all acted like you couldn't help me So how dare you justify I always thought the custom of 6 yrs was right ..guess not Very Unprofessional and I will be sure to let everyone and anyone to know about your Establishment.. for sure ... your not sorry for this never would have happened how dare you give me a recooked pizza with raw...

Last night 9/15/18 around 9pm, we ordered 3 slices of cheese pizza with extra cheese. I get there and you can tell it’s been sitting there for too long and they just slapped some cheese on it. If it was made let’s say an hour or less I would have been fine with it. But that was not the case. So I ask for fresh slices which they refused. Then they refused to give me my money back. He said the pizza was made at 7pm. When I got there it was 9pm. He definitely lied but even if he was telling the truth, after two hours the pizza is unsafe to eat. Not to mention if I’m paying for something, make it fresh? If I don’t mind waiting what’s the big deal? And if not just refund the money. It’s 3 slices of pizza, not some huge order!! So we left the pizza there, even though I paid for it. The staff, especially the one guy was beyond rude. Especially considering how nice I was about it all.
