This Domino’s Deserves a Standing Ovation!

Okay, I have to give major credit where it’s due — this Domino’s location absolutely crushed it. I’m talking next-level pizza perfection and customer service that actually made my day.

I ordered a large Philly Cheese Steak pizza, some stuffed cheesy bread, and a chocolate lava cake (don’t judge me 😅) — and every single item was amazing. The pizza was perfectly cooked with a crispy edge and melty cheese all the way to the crust. The toppings tasted fresh, and you could tell it was made with care. Not rushed. Not sloppy. Just solid, satisfying pizza done RIGHT.

The cheesy bread? Addictive. Soft, loaded with cheese, and that garlic seasoning? Unreal. And the lava cake? Let’s just say if love had a flavor, it would be that.

But honestly, what impressed me most was the team. The order came out fast, the packaging was neat, and the person at the counter greeted me like I was a regular (first time there!). Super friendly, upbeat vibes, and everything felt clean and organized. You just don’t get that kind of consistency everywhere.

Maybe new owners took over recently??? because: 1. Last time I ordered on the app my delivery didn’t come for almost 2 hours. I finally called and ended up getting hung up on many times over until finally got them to cancel. I tried them for the last time today and ordered what I always ordered a Peperoni with extra sause. This order was always executed good in the past and today it came with a ridiculous amount of sauce as if it were deliberately meant to be an absurd amount. Ordered a pasta which was ok. The bread twists with cheese and marinara were missing the marinara part. To rectify this issue they offered me 20% off a regular priced item. How is that a solution when they already have a steady coupon for 20 percent off the entire order. Very lame customer service. If Pizza Hut or papa john’s were around I would be ordering that. Update: Last two orders they just send whatever they want if they run out of something. Call the damn customer and see what they want to do. I’m fed up with this location. Will switch to haledon from now on. Not sure how hard customer service is for these people...
