Dunkin' — Restaurant in Midland Park

The attitude I received at this Dunkin was beyond me today. I pulled into the driveway and ordered a large Iced Vanilla Chai and a small iced chai. Not only was I greeted with “What do you want”, but the girl taking the order was just completely rude the entire time. We pulled up, she said nothing, scanned my rewards and threw the scanner and then shoved the stuff into my hands. Normally, I would just assume the worker was having a bad day, but as someone who literally works for Dunkin this was just bitter behavior. Anyways, I had taken a sip and noticed it wasn’t vanilla, it was FRENCH vanilla. Ok, she had made a mistake and that’s OK, I’ve done that plenty of times at work. But, I pull back through and politely say “Hi, I had just came though the drive through and ordered an iced vanilla chai but there is French Vanilla. Would a remake be possible please? And she responded in a yelling tone “You didn’t specify what you wanted, pull up”…never have I ever blatantly disrespected someone like that at work and had such a nasty tone. Not to mention, the “remade “ drink also had a weird taste to it. I genuinely hope this girls rude miserable life gets better since she treats strangers so disgustingly!...

I have been here several times since it opened purely out of convenience and each time I’m disappointed. There’s one friendly woman taking drive thru orders which is the only reason I gave service an extra star but that’s not who you see at the window and everyone other than her I’ve dealt with is extremely rude. The coffee is ALWAYS terrible and extremely watered down. I once got a bagel for my toddler there and it was hard as a rock, I had to throw it out after pulling away and go to a bagel shop. Worst of all, this is now the nearest Dunkin for me so if I try to doordash coffee, it comes from here and it’s horrible. Last time I ordered a medium coffee with cream and sugar at the drive through and they put 6…SIX cream and 6 sugars on the screen and I said that’s too much and they argued with me saying that’s standard for cream and sugar. I think they jump through hoops trying to cover up the fact that they water down their coffee so much. Today I gave it one last shot and got an iced latte… they handed me a cup of iced milk. I’ll now suffer through the Starbucks line to avoid this place going forward. There’s a reason there’s never a line at...

I had went through drive thru for a bagel and coffee, and a female at the drive through had a horrible attitude with a bullnose ring and colored hair. I had asked very nicely for items but was told they didn’t sell it here even though they used to sell it at the old dunkin down the street, with an attitude “ we don’t have that here” I went to get my food at the window payed for my food, very nicely and asked her if she was okay? She blank stared at me and didn’t say anything. After she gave me my order I said thank you 2x and once again a blank stare and no reply. If you’re not a people person then maybe you shouldn’t be working at a place with interaction to the public. Just my food for thought.
