The drive thru seems to be the busiest one in The United States lol the employees as a result seem to be so busy they don't have time to take a breath HOWEVER that's saying a lot because when you go inside they are quick to take your order and your order is ready in LITERALLY a minute. I'm sure wait times vary depending on what time of day one goes but the drive thru is really busy that said inside even though the employees are SLAMMED by drive thru orders you really wouldn't know it, when you go inside the employees are STILL friendly, courteous, FAST and NEVER get an order wrong. EVEN if you have to wait a little longer for your order because it's busy inside AND OR OUTSIDE the employees are fast, efficient, work great under pressure and ALWAYS friendly despite the work load they have so I give them major points for that. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that if you're there for drive thru it's always packed so you'll be waiting a while. Easier and faster to just go inside. The other inconvenience is the parking lot is small if you have so many cars waiting for drive thru it can be slightly hectic to park or should I say get IN the parking lot. So while I have a lot of good things to say because the location is so small it just kinda seems like they chose too small of a building to make that part work. That's my ONLY complaint BUT that really has nothing to do with the employees. Service is fantastic. It's just a very odd building they chose to pick for this location (it used to be a bank) I'd say try to move the drive thru line a bit quicker but it appears to me they make the best of it. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI come to this Starbucks everyday , itās always a busy drive thru so I expect to wait a bit , during the week most of the girls are young at the window , very friendly and usually chatty which I think is sweet. Today however there was another slightly older woman who seemed to be in a rush so had to break out order into two that was fine however I got to the window and she was very confused . Kept asking which drink was mine . Finally gave me my drink and I said Iām sorry thatās not skim milk she walked away and I could see asked the girl and told me it was. At this point I was not up for a debate so I said it 100% is not . She walked away and had it remade. Now a younger Asian girl came back with it and started to walk away so I said excuse me we still need the other drink so she grabbed it and I said and the banana bread and cake pop. She informed me I wasnāt charged for the food so I said thatās weird I was given a total for the separate order but ok . She rang it up and through it at us and said ā have a GREAT dayā so there are so many customer service red flags here but what stands out is the AUDACITY the ladies have !! I was nice the entire time and incase they forgot I AM THE ONE PAYING!! This time⦠we didnāt feel rushed and the car line moved fairly quickly albeit could still be improved. The baristaās were outgoing, professional, and somewhat kind. The four star change in rating is due to the drinks (Pistachio, Chesnut Praline) being exceptional this time around. Keep up the good work!

Normally I love Starbucks and around here you donāt find drivethruās. However, each time my girlfriend and I have gone here the coffee drinks that cost an arm and a leg just do not taste the same as other Starbucks. This place is fairly a new one so I donāt know if itās because the baristas arenāt trained well but I just donāt understand.
In addition, it is 1pm on New Years Day and there is a line of 20+ cars wrapping around onto the road causing a traffic violation⦠we turned the car around and went home; as this line was not moving after 15 minutes of waiting. Itās insane how bad the baristas are. This locationās poor and slow customer service hasnāt changed since the location moved...
