Ms. Julie, the manager working tonight, is amazing. I have a lot of experience in food service so when I say that lady knows her stuff, I know what I'm talking about. She might as well have had 8 arms for all the work she was doing. There were a few people working that were causing the majority of the problems. When you have 4 people waiting in the lobby to pick up orders and a drive thru line around building and no fries up it's an issue. To make it worse, the kid on fry dropped half a bag of fries and just stood there watching them cook and shaking the basket occasionally. Manager calls out 4 spicy chicken, he drops 3. Has to be told to go grab a case of fries to bring to the front. Spent more time watching a lady's cleavage than worrying about fry. I get that he may be new but if that's the case, Saturday night isn't the time to try to train him. There seemed to be a lot of people standing around being confused about taking orders and handing orders out. Thank God there's no ticket time on counter orders because it would have been wrecked. Working in a restaurant is the epitome of being on a team. A few really good workers can't make the whole whole store run like it's supposed when the rest aren't even trying to pull their weight. Read moreI waited 40+minutes In the drive thru to only be missing about half of my meals when I got home. And to top that off stale old fries and chicken that looked dark and like it was fried twice. When I called to speak with a manager about getting fresh food and the food I was missing anyways I was told “you still have to get back in line and wait” apparently them bringing my order that now was waited for for over an hour was a safety precaution. (This past week however I was asked to wait in the front for my items and they were brought out to my vehicle so I don’t really understand how it’s an issue tonight) rather than the manager apologize or offer to fix any issue her next response was “well you can bring the food back and just get a refund.” This location lacks professionalism on so many levels from food quality to the staff that is rude on so many levels.
