CurbsideBistro 8/10 BadMJ(A sweet & savory beef slider, topped with a fried egg, bacon jam, cheese and caramelized onions) - El Jefe(Beef slider topped off with cream cheese, roasted jalapenos, bacon, spring mix, cilantro ranch and pickles) cilantro ranch spicy ketchup fries Sliders with classic ingredients but push the boundaries just enough mostly southern comfort food piled into and on top for the more adventurous. The buns are definitely worth mentioning. Perfectly toasted all the way around with a very satisfying crunchiness that compliments each bite. The slider is cooked medium well, caramelized and draped with cheese. The meat did not have a lot of flavor but the quality of the beef was definitely there. Fresh ingredients were just that, fresh! Adding even more texture and crunch all the way to the last bite. The fries were a stand out, coming pre-smothered in cilantro ranch and spicy ketchup. paired with the over medium egg from the badMJ, I popped the yolk and drizzled over fries as well…chefs kiss. Not the best slider combo I’ve ever had but this place is a solid staple that would satisfy anytime.

Curb side bistro is a hidden gem! The inside is spacious and has unique artwork and murals inside. The inside reminds you of those old diners from the past, although everything inside is brand new. We told the cashier it was our first time dining there and she was very courteous and explained the menu patiently. Their main items are a variety of different type of sliders (small sized burgers). They also have other entrees like salads and french fries etc... My wife ordered a salad which was very well portioned and worth the price. I tried two different sliders and they were excellent! We will be back to try the others!

My daughter and her boyfriend invited us to eat here. It was our first visit to curb side bistro. The environment is pretty cool. Shout out to the muralist. The fries were pretty good. The sauces on top had a good flavor. I had the burger with bacon jam. Which is just bacon and syrup. The patty was overcooked and tasteless. The other burger had a corn fritter in it. Other than seeing the corn in it, I couldn't taste the fritter. That patty was the same. Only 2 out of 5 liked and completed their food. Might be someone's cup of joe. But not for us.

For starters. I'm still sitting on the patio, it is 1:30pm 11/21/24. Food was great. Called in advance to have my polite dog sit on patio with me, they said it was no problem. When I got here they initially asked me to come inside and order at the counter when I'm ready. However, a brief moment of chatting and they agreed to take my order (like a regular customer) at the table. It's 65-70degrees outside, a perfect patio day. After ordering, I felt rushed to close my check but thought, "hmm, maybe I'll order a second beer" so I had waitress keep ticket open. Since the food has been dropped off, its been ~35-40 minutes and waitress hasn't come back out to patio to ask me how it was. My hands are filthy and I don't feel comfortable leaving my dog outside alone while I go inside to clean my hands. I need a to go box. My beer has been empty since 1:02pm, and she hasn't come to ask me for a refill. Currently. I'm waiting outside, my dog and myself, to see how long it takes the waitress to come back outside. Update 1:34pm hostess came and checked on me to see if I needed anything. I told her just need the check and napkins. Currently waiting for check. Took 5 minutes to get my check. Won't be back. Uncoordinated staff. Great food....

If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers on every level, this is the spot. From the moment you step inside, the modern and colorful atmosphere sets the tone for an incredible experience. It’s the kind of place that feels alive and vibrant, perfect for a casual lunch.

It’s a self-serve setup, which means you place your order at the counter or bar, but the workers go above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. The runners who bring out the food are a standout. They’re warm, friendly, and genuinely make your visit feel special.

The mac & cheese is a must-try as it is hands down the best I’ve ever had. So creamy and cheesy. The fries? Crispy, golden, and actually addictive with the spicy ketchup and cilantro ranch. I should know, I eat there at least once a week. Pair them with one of their delicious drinks, from the flavored teas to the cocktails, and you’re in for a treat.

To top it all off, this is a local business that truly cares about the community. They do so much good, and it feels great to support a place...
