Subway the food was really good what does service at the different subject the lady told me that one of their workers didn't show up so the machine that they have that takes the orders from the internet they turned off so they didn't get my order so I wasn't going to get my discount. But I ended up getting my discount but I wasn't going to until I talk to the lady politely and told her you know that's not right that's not my fault because one of your workers didn't show up on time. You guys are the one that chose to turn off the machine because you guys were overwhelmed. I feel when things like that happen just take a deep breath. And do the best you can. Explain it to the customer and if they're good people they'll understand if they're not good people then they won't understand but at least you know you did the best you could and keep going. I call to complain, the lady answered said she a new manager and didnāt know how handle situation so she told me call the next day. I call the next day and was informed by daphney ( the store manager) that they had ran out of toppings so that it was not her fault and that I would not receive a refund or remake of sandwich. I couldāve been informed of this and I would have go e else where to get the sandwich the way we like them. She was very rude and hung up on me after saying she would call the owner to see what to do. Never received a call back. So I ate a dry a$# sandwich with no toppings and a couple crumbs of lettuce. Worst subway...

I walk in and immediately felt like I was bothering the staff. One of the staff members was rushing customers out by charging them while sandwiches where being prepared. That placed me in a difficult situation where I had to explain at the register why I wanted to order two sandwiches and why I didnāt say that at the beginning. Unbelievable.
