Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Midland

Wow I finished this one completely irritated and on the verge of angry. I just list the reasons. For two people was $38.00 with no add-ons no extras. Wow for that I should have gotten a nice dine in with a server and bread on the table kinda meal. And got instead #1 the price #2 stale dry buns, stale hard chicken very sloppy on the build, cold dryed out fries. Wrapper on burger completely off the burger in the bag and a busted ranch dressing down in the bottom of the bag. #3 rude employees. The speaker at the order station of the drive thru was screaming at you(extremely loud) yet can't hear a word im saying. At to repeat and or correct everything several times. . At window the girl was yelling non work sounded like gossip to people in cook area. Took out money and didn't seem to hear me at all when I was trying to speak to her. Closed the window while I was talking when she finally got back to us with change and drinks. I ordered a ice cream coneshe closed door on me again so when she came back with that she was all sassy and gave dirty looks when I had to stop her to tell her I wanted it dipped. I guess the upset her because this time she came back with a mouth full of French fries and a not typical cone. Half the size of the first one and chocolate all over the place. And closed the window again in my face while I was talking to her. I know she heard me she was looking right at me.

So ended up having to buy a new dinner elsewhere cause the food was horrible. There only thing not horrible was my soda. The whole experience was just terrible honestly should get just 1 star but I hate to do that to DQ. It was an employee problem and management not paying attention. Cause this is far from what I would normally have expected here. Not at all . I will never go to this location again and will take a while before I'm craving DQ. Hope it gets better. My name is Katie Torres I deliver meds to nursing facilities I drive from Lubbock to Midland to pick up meds. I live in Lubbock I had to wait an hour for my delivery person to come from Abilene to deliver my meds up here to Midland so I figured I would stop by at dairy Queen to get a blizzard I placed my order for a small Blizzard with Oreos and Cherry topping and a small french fry I was there at 7:56. There was about 10 people that had came in after I did the first three ordered food the other six had ice cream. Everybody else received their stuff before I could receive my order note you I had one blizzard and one french fry. As I receive my blizzard which was not what I had ordered and did not get my French fry that I had because the person taking my order didn't charge me for,note you I ordered a small Oreo with cherry and it says it on my ticket,I get an Oreo with strawberries I do not like strawberries in my ice cream.At this point the person that took my order told me he didn't charge me for the French fry that if I still wanted it because he didn't charge me for it at this point I'm irritated so I told him I did not want it so I walk out with the blizzard they messed up on and look at the time and it's 8:15 it does not take that long to get a blizzard and a french fry which again...

Got some dinner and expecting it to be good, worker was super rude from the start, I asked her a question since where I'm from in California they let you upgrade your 7 dollar meal to a blizzard for an extra charge. She said with a rude tone, "Well, we don't do that here what could I get you?" Then I had to wait another 5 min just for her to take my order, I went to the window to pay and she gave me a super horrible looking fudge sundae with all fudge and very little ice cream in the cup, then she said can you pull up to the front and shut the window so fast I couldn't even say I wanted ranch at the end of my sentence. I waited patiently and she opened the window and said may I help you with a dumb face, and I said yes can I please have a side of ranch with my order and she said ok and shut the window once again. I waited in the front and not only did they forget the ranch but the food was so bad I had to throw it out. The fries were unseasoned and soggy, the burger was dry, and on top of that she didnt put the cheese I asked her for, and I got charged for that. Overall worst experience I've ever had at a DairyQueen, they need new management and better workers who aren't rude...
