T & T Doughnuts — Restaurant in Midland

Owners are great people, nice and courteous. I can go anywhere in town but "The Owners" are the reason I keep going back. Yes they do seem to run out of certain donuts but that is the price we pay for such a popular donut shop. I will keep buying my donuts there as long as current owners remain. Thank you guys at T & T. 🥰

Visited store yesterday evening (2/25/2021), I started my order by telling the night employee that I was going to order 2 dozen donuts. Without being able to go inside and check the donut selection I found myself asking the employee if there were certain donuts - I was barely into my 2nd selection when the employee kept rolling his eyes. I finally asked him if there was something wrong and he didn't reply but looked perturbed. I then asked him if me being there was a problem for him. I finally told him I wasn't buying donuts and that I would notify his bosses. This employee is going to cost ya'll customers. This was not the first time he has done this but it will be the last time. I will only visit the store during daylight hours where the owners do make you feel welcomed and appreciate my business.

Still love your donuts, not ripping your business, just your choice...

Came the other morning to get donuts for a friend and the employee who helped me was somewhat rude in asking if I was getting a dozen donuts. She and another employee were involved in another customer and didn't really offer any suggestions or maybe try to sway me into trying a new donut myself. This isn't the first time it's happened and not entirely sure what it is about the ladies who work there in the mornings. Night crew is much more helpful and personable. Donuts weren't that great... dry and somewhat stale. They could use a few tips from the other...

I had to tell the guy at the window my order 4 times. He didnt have bear claws so instead just threw in whatever he chose. I got home and opened the bag (could've been a box seeing as I bought a half dozen) and found that half of what I asked for wasnt in the bag. Very disappointed. Usually I order from a lady at the window and she remembers my order perfectly every time. If they cant remember long lists might be time to write it down or something!
