I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! The owner Manny is so engaging with his customers. He treats everyone like family. I have been here in awhile and when he seen me he immediately remembered it had been a while. Now that's great interpersonal contact considering the number of people he interacts with daily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food... is ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL. Coming from Detroit it's been hard to adjust to so much Mexican food but Tall City Bistro has enough of a variety that you don't have to worry about the same ole same ole food. One of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. Sergio our waiter was very professional and knew the menu items like the back of his hand. Very tasty food and overall one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant. Very highly recommended. The Midlander beef was very soft and flavorful must try it on my return. The chef will come out and greet you to which I also thought was very professional. If your in Midland for breakfast or lunch you have to try this place you will not leave disappointed.
