I have been to Jersey Mike's many times since they opened and I have been consistently impressed with their customer service. They out did themselves today though! Midland was in the middle of a very rare rain storm, and it was pouring. The man that usually cleans up the dining area and greets customers went to the back and emerged with an umbrella. While I sat and ate my lunch he stood at the door escorting many customers to their car with the umbrella so they wouldn't have to get wet. That is exceptional customer service. We all know Midland is an area that struggles with customer service, but yet Jersey Mike's has found a way to consistently provide some of the best service in town with short wait times, and great attitudes! Read moreI grew up in NJ and I remember well there subs there. We called them subs whereas folks a little further north called them grinders, and a little further south they were hoagies.
Fresh ingredients, thinly sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and onions, and the finest Italian cold cuts were a mainstay. Jersey Mike's captures the essence. I've tried several of JM's subs, but always return to the #13; the old world Italian.
More than the food, the service is friendly, efficient and swift. The manager at the Midland shop; Damian Crawford helped me out of a sticky situation when I forgot my wallet. He allowed me to take my several sandwiches on trust and call in my credit card. Kudos, kudos , kudos.

I called to add some things that weren’t available on the app the first time they got my order wrong didn’t follow instructions correctly and portions of “Juice” wasent correct either.
