Avoid the Midland MI franchise. Tried to order by text to save 20% as offered online and in the store. After entering all the information for 2 pizzas, received text back that the store can't receive text orders and to call orders in. REALLY? Called store and had to talk with manager. Totally unhelpful as she was unable to offer same discount and I would need to call a different number as the text offer is handled by a third party company. Why offer a discount on your website if you don't control the content? Gave manager my delivery order and she didn't know where we were. "I'm not from here" she said. Staying at major hotel chain about 2 miles away. Delivery received an hour later (on a Sunday) and one of the pizzas was wrong. Called store again and wanted refund for extra items missing. Manager (Janie, I believe) wouldn't do that - only credit on future order (visiting from out of state) or remake pizza. Which forced another delay in dinner. When I picked up remake pizza it was handed over without any apology whatsoever. Unbelievable. Even though I will never order from Jet's again since I don't live here, I want those of you who live in the Midland area to be forewarned and choose a different pizza company. Read moreA few months prior I ordered a pizza, called the store to let them know I had a chemic card (free jets bread) but there was no way to add it online. The manager, name unknown, took care of it but that next time I should place the order and just bring the card in.
Fast forward to last night - I do as instructed but when I go in the manager, Cody, tells me he can't do anything. When I explain what happened he still didn't try to fix it. He wanted the managers name. Apparently it's somehow my fault they don't have consistent and easily findable instructions to honor their commitments. Then he argued with me about why Jets shouldn't be required to honor their commitments.

I ordered a BBQ chicken and it was partially burnt and they tried to just dump more BBQ on to cover it up, then the crust wasnt even there one of the long sides(Thats the main attraction!) They wouldnt give me a full refund or exchange(Extra large) because it was partially eaten(I had to feed my kids!!) They said they would only do a large, so i went to pick it up on the way to work. Told them at 9:15pm ill be on my WAY TO WORK, I'll stop and pick it up then. Got there at 9:10, left at 9:25 with no lunch for work that night, and no backup food or any time to get anything else. 3rd time was the charm I guess.
