I have a jumburrito reward card & I’ve been using it for the last few months & using my points & rewards as I come here at least 2-3 times a week. Last time I came this week the staff told me I couldn’t use my reward card. I had $20 in rewards money that I wanted to use to pay for my meal. They told me my card wasn’t activated & made me get out of line to “activate” it even though I have previously been using the rewards system with no problem with that same card. They made me get out of line & pull up to the front & forgot about me I sat there for 15 minutes while they served everyone else in line. I had to call the inside of the store & be like “hey are y’all gonna let me pay??” & someone came out & took the rewards card which worked after I registered it online, even though I never had to do that in the past. I tried telling staff before they made me get out of line that I had just used my card 2 weeks ago for a free burrito & they would not accept my rewards card at all & kicked me out of line & served everyone else. Read moreWe were first time visitors Saturday July 09, 2016. My wife and I had heard from family about this place and were happy to have an opportunity to try for ourselves. The building was in good repair and very clean inside and out. We were unsure which selection to make for a late breakfast/early lunch order. The employee behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and even asked us both questions before making recommendations. She helped us finally make a decision. Our meal was delivered to our table hot and fresh. We are very happy with our decision to try JumBurrito as the food was great. Store manager Amy obviously runs a good crew as everybody behind the counter seemed happy to be a work and the food shows their attitudes. Read moreI ordered 2 meals both of them with fries and drink. When I got to the window, I asked about my drinks. They told me I didn't order 2 meals. They said I ordered 1 meal and 1 burrito. I said no I didn't I said I wanted the other meal the exact same. Instead of correcting the problem, the young lady said, "I repeated the order back to you." (Mind you these girls talk fast and you can barely hear them through the speaker.) They acted like they couldn't change the order or charge me additional for what I asked for. I then asked them "why are you arguing with me about this? I know what I ordered. Either change my order or give me my money back. Three minutes later the window opened, and they handed me my money back. Instead of accepting responsibility for a messed-up order and then correcting it, they choose to give me my money back.
