I usually come here for lunch and never leave disappointed it’s always go good. So me and my family decide to come for dinner and it wasn’t even late for them to lack on the food. It was a table of 6 and two of them from the party never been to this restaurant And I was the one to recommend because it was always great but this time it was very disappointing. The service was good but for some reason the food was nasty. I told both of my family members that the fajitas were very good but when they received their fajitas it didn’t even come out sizzling and look like it was just sitting there. They didn’t get their tortillas until 10 min later to eat the fajitas with. My mom received her Gorditas 15 minutes later after we all got our plates. All of our plates had cold beans and rice as well. I know that every time I come here they have always brought the fajitas sizzling and smoking still, everything is always on point and very fresh. One of them ordered the trio and the shrimp was cold as well. I know a big gratuity was taken out which wasn’t the waitress fault she did great. The lack of effort was in the kitchen part and food served cold especially shrimp can start growing bacteria which can cause food poisoning. Maybe its the morning crew that are so much more caring then the afternoon crew but get it together we pay for our meals especially for that much which was not cheap. We came in with a party of seven. We are from NM. We were greeted and liked the atmosphere. Service was good. They kept checking on us before our food came out. The salsa was great! Took about and hr to get our food. When we got our food, my husband's ribeye and my brothers ribeye was rough and fully cooked, not the type they wanted which was medium and other was medium rare. The tortillas were so hard and was sticking together in the middle but edges were hard like if they were sitting in a heat lamp. Red chile tasted like canned hot dog sauce. Green chile tasted like the canned sauce which was ok. Tacos were good. Beans and rice were not good. Everyone was eating and my plate which was 2 tacos and 2 enchiladas didnt come out until everyone tried their food and didnt like it. Overall taste was not what we expected. The food is delicious, I would rate it 5 stars. However, we order takeout quite often but lately we have had issues getting items that are listed on the menu, items ordered and rude front staff. We placed an order, one item was a $17 fajitas plate. The order was missing guacamole and tortillas that came with the plate. I let the cashier know and she went to get it. I saw the cook get angry and frustrated when talking to the cashier.

She returned with the items and told me they no longer serve tortillas and guacamole with the fajita plate but they'd give it to me this time. She didn't do me any favors. I double checked the menu and both items were listed with the fajitas. If the restaurant was to actually remove the guac(a little scoop) and 2 tortillas from a $17 tri combo fajita plate it would be ridiculous.
