Well maintained, easy to get in and out. Was here for a basketball game for Texas tech. So I don't know how things are operated by MC but the seats behind one of the hoops are not the greatest, the entire left section has it's view blocked by an elevator and deck area. While the elevator was probably added after the arena was constructed it does make about 200 seats useless it would be a crime to make those seats available for anyone to use. As I said before I don't know if MC does make them available but if they do then...

This was a free concert put on by Midland college.. they are awesome. Free to get in drinks were very reasonable. They had a dance floor and lots of people dance. All in all...

Just a basketball game but drinks, snacks and entry were WAY cheaper than the high school games...
