I hate to be " that " person to complain about small things but nearly every order that I get, is missing something. I pretty much order every day or every couple to several days and in almost every order, something is missing. I think I've had maybe a handful of orders that were actually correct. I order online and it goes through doordash but I can't put the blame on doordash because the dasher isn't the one putting together my food. Most recently, the things that have been missing are drinks and add ons to my salad. I always put extra bacon and extra croutons and very rarely do I actually get that. Most of the time there are no bacon or croutons at all. Again, I hate to be that person that complains about small stuff but this is occurring way to often to overlook it. And over time, the amount of money I'm wasting on items that I never get, has been adding up. Also, the last time I decided to go pick up an order instead of getting it delivered in the hopes of making sure I get what I paid for, I went to pick up my order where they put pick up orders at, I was missing a drink. Another customer was there saying they were missing stuff out of their order too and it was obvious she was not happy. I told a staff member I was missing a drink while the other customer was telling another staff member what she was missing and that staff member proceeded to yell at the cooks and it was an uncomfortable situation. One of the cooks told that staff member that she didn't have to yell at them and she proceeded to tell him " it's not you, I'll tell you later " as if she was irritated by the customers asking for the food that they were missing and the items they paid for. I rarely ever write reviews but this is something that should be brought to the staffs attention because customers are not getting the things they paid for and it's happening way to often to just be a mistake. It seems more like carelessness and I love mcalisters but I can't keep continuing to waste money on things I'm...
Read moreWent in there to get an order to go, when I went in just had a funny feeling about the place, I was in line with some other folks and a lady walks up and cuts and does whatever in front of the guy next to me, she walks over to my side and as I was stepping up she got in front of me. The guy waited on her and swiped his card gave her a free bag of ice and a drink and not sure what else and made sure he talked to her for a minute and then helped me. The guy was nice enough I didn't say anything tho I was a little irritated.
I was watching them make and send out orders. No one had any urgency in the place, orders sat there for several minutes On the line ready to go complete before they were bagged and/or sent out on a tray. A guy that was in a red shirt I'm assuming a manager of some sort was bagging to go orders and I noticed he kept touching his face around his mouth and stuff. Then I seen him lick his fingers and get a to go bag and put an order in it and I should be said something then but I didnt.. but should have I know.. next time I see this any other place I will tho because I wont be back here. Then my order was up, had been there for a few min already. He licked his fingers wiped his nose and grabbed the bag and started to bag my stuff. I told the guy at the register and said to just give me my money back. He got a manager I told him pointed the guy out as he gave me a dirty look and stared at me and they refunded my money no problem and said he would address the issue.
I hate to say it but I will not be going back to this place to eat and I don't recommend others eating here either. I used to like to eat their food when I lived here but I see things have sadly gone down hill in the...
Read moreI literally attend this specific McAlister’s twice a week maybe 3x because I love the food. Today July 17 for some reason the cashier wanted to be completely rude to me and I abided by the rules of wearing my mask. She stated at 8:10pm that they are closed and are no longer taking orders. I walk out and leave as I walk out another woman walks in and places an order and gets served. So I’m dumbfounded by the blatant lie, only because the young cashier wanted to hurry up and clean and leave on a Friday night. So I called another McAlister’s and ask and they stated you can still place and order I called and placed an online order and was charged I show back up to the McAlister’s where the cashier lied to me but accepted other patrons and I walk back in while she meets me at the door and stated at 8:36pm we are closed and tried to escort me out the door with my mask on I abruptly told her hold up I was charged you have my order she begins to tell me to wait outside while other people are still walking in and out. I’m one of the most chill people I don’t argue I don’t ever write reviews but I guess there’s a first for everything. On top of the rude service and behavior I received my order was completely wrong they literally threw it together. I’ll from now on go to any McAlister’s besides this one in Midland Texas on Ranklin Road because this is complete bull. Is there a manager or corporate number I can call to complain because that little girl needs some serious retraining or to be in the back to cook her people skills need some...
