As an old manager at a different location my expectations were no where near met or exceeded. This was my first time experience at this location and let me tell you it could’ve been a lot better. No one greeted as I entered, the wait time was very long but that’s normal and being on the other side of the bar I expected that already. I finally got helped out by the Oven barista. I was sort of rushed and the order was not repeated back to me but I understand it was busy. I think they might have been short staffed as I didn’t see a CS or Front register assigned baristas. I also do believe DT was a green bean but I could be mistaken. I understand it was possibly busy and chaotic. But to make the atmosphere so full is not what starbucks aims for. Meanwhile, I was waiting for my drinks I have finally got my drink and food which tastes amazing. When I got my named called for my wife’s drink I realized it was a hot matcha latte and not iced. No big deal to me, I don’t mind waiting longer for it to get fixed but I know that I ordered iced and as I don’t take receipts I couldn’t check. But I saw the sticker which says hot so I knew it was input wrong. I told Jessica that it was supposed to be iced and not hot and I don’t mind paying the difference. She stated “ we will remake it this time but for next time double check that it’s iced “ Usually when remakes need to happen there is no need for a comment to the customer just a simple “ Oh I’m sorry about that let me remake it for you” Her attitude was kind of rude and it wasn’t very much appreciated. Read moreThere's was a worker or hopefully she was not a manager she was very unprofessional she was a Caucasian lady working around 12:51 pm on Saturday September 25 2021 she was calling out the drinks and I was waiting for my order as a favor delivery driver this man was a favor driver to he stepped out and she called favor very aggressively she made 4 other people stare at her and someone stated he is outside ma'am and she said "I hope he don't think that we are bringing that outside for him and then continues to say "because I'm not" then she moves the order to the side and she calls out a name and there's a older Hispanic man who asks her "who did you call out ma'am" and she continues to yell at him and say "it's not you" and walks off to continue prepping the drinks I feel bad for the people who were in the company of this woman she was aggressive and very rude and should not be in a friendly environment that should be only accepting friendly people who are willing to offer a smile as a past server...
Read moreMade my drink wrong 3x! Was so rude when I told the young man in the drive thru that I watched the barista make it wrong all 3x.. Finally I just took the dang drink the 3rd time since I was holding up the line. So disappointed tonight.
Update:
Went there this morning and while they were making my drink, I spoke with a really nice lady named Barbara. She apologized for the people that worked last night and said she would let the manager know ASAP- since she only works the mornings on weekdays, she can't do too much about it. I felt terrible for her having to hear me rant (I was not ugly about it) about customer service and the drink being less quality than a $6.50 cup of coffee should taste.
Was happy with the experience this morning with Barbara. I got a delicious drink the 1st time they made it! I hope they train the weekend night people a lot more. With the cold weather being here, people will be coming at night a lot more than they did in the summer so great customer service...
