Worst experience ever. I go to this McDonald’s because it’s the closest one to my house. Now I understand it gets busy but waiting 25-30 minutes in line at a McDonald’s IS RIDICULOUS. I admit I am a picky eater, I don’t like onions on my McDouble. Every time I ask for no onions, I open my burger and what do you know, there’s a heap of onions. I ask for a side of BigMac sauce and I get my food, no side of BigMac sauce, open the burger and ta da my side of BigMac sauce is on my burger. I assume there is a language barrier and I mean I guess (emphasis on I GUESS) I understand but I am never able to get my food correctly. Then when I ask for my food to be corrected, the rudest attitude emerges. For example, I asked for buffalo sauce with my 6pc chicken nugget, get my bag and of course there was no sauce, so I ask the manager (of all people) for my buffalo sauce and she says “we charge for extra sauce sir” and I say “I was never given any sauce” and she says “well I put it in the bag sir” and I let her know she can check the bag if she wants to because I didn’t receive any buffalo sauce. Then she proceeds to tell me that if I wanted another sauce that I would have to pay for it next time but she can gift me one this time!?!? Mind you there was never any buffalo sauce in the bag in the first place. So at this point I’m slightly pressing the issue because McDonald’s is not doing me a favor by giving me a single packet of buffalo sauce and I ask her again to check my bag because I am not lying about buffalo sauce. She proceeds to tell me that she won’t argue with me because she knows that she put the sauce in my bag and she doesn’t want to look in the bag because she’s %100 sure that she put the sauce in the bag. If I could give this location negative stars I would, because every time I come to this location I have trouble & getting the correct order seems to be a problem. Im sure this review will be overlooked and nothing will change and their business will run as usual because let’s be honest, it is McDonald’s. Read moreI ordered though the drive though because I have a torn ligament. The manager was rude when I said I'm checking my order I'm missing something. She said no it's alk there. NOPE! I had to get down because I didn't get my quarter pound sides... and said it was in tne burger. Funny she said that it was not in the burger either! .. missy I asked for a side and you charged me almost 3 bucks each! When she called back she asked for meat. I told her it's the quarter lb ...I've ordered the quarter pound patty multiple times and this was not it!! Manager still not listening she proceeded to ignore me like before even after i asked if its correct. I can't eat certain foods and this is what i get and paid full service... when I get back to the truck it's a hamburger patty. So I paid for what I didn't get now I have to stop at another McDonald's and pay again. I understand people don't wanna work then dont.. leave the attitude at home or don't go in. Read moreThey gave me an incomplete order. This was the evening shift, called the store to speak to a manager and I was told to go back for a replacement. I said I live more than 20 minutes away. I’ll take a refund and manager said she couldn’t unless I was at the store to get it back on my card. I explained to her again I didn’t live close by. She denied the refund and had the audacity to hung up the phone on me. I called again and after several attempts someone answered and it was a different person saying she was the manager on duty, speaking to me in Spanish only. She didn’t speak English whatsoever. I explained to her and she also hung up the phone on me. These Cubans need to calm themselves down. They’re forgetting they’re not in their country to treat people like that.
