Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Midland

Delicious pizza for sure but not worth it. I called them and was put on hold for 8 minutes. When I finally ordered my pizza they told me they were only taking cash. Things happen so getting cash was no big deal. They told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up 20 minutes later and pay for the pizza. Two other call in ladies came behind me, so they make their pizzas first! I called in too, I was promised 20 minutes too, and yet I have to sit there with my exhausted child while they make the other two ladies pizzas first, even if I showed up first. While in there I watched customers come in and the workers didn't even acknowledge them in any way. One man had to stand there for 5 minutes before anyone gave him the time of day. So I ordered my pizza at 3:57 they didn't give me my pizza until 4:45. One freakin pizza took me almost an hour of waiting! Like I said great pizza but definitely not worth a 47...

Great value for pizza's loaded with fresh ingredients. We have been regular customers for years, and are especially impressed with the twin sisters, Jade and Jami that have always been there to pick up the slack when employees don't show up to work (an all too common problem at retail establishments in Midland during the boom years). If there is an award for efficiency, hard work, reliability, great attitude and superior attention to customer service, I nominate Jade and Jami - The best at any food establishment in Midland! As a business owner myself, I hope the owners of this franchise understand how valuable Jade and Jami are to their organization, and reward them...

First of all, I would like to say I love Papa Murphy’s Pizza’s. They are the best.! The reason I did a three star is because I placed an order online. I’ve never had problems before I get there. They already gave my pizza out to someone else with my name on it. So then she gave me that guy’s pizza that he ordered. She said it was the same. I guess I was too nice and I just left and said OK Well, it wasn’t the same. I ordered the family size and I didn’t realize it until I got home that This pizza was just a large Very disappointed this go around! I called In to vent, And they were very nice and they offered a free pizza the next time! Thank you very much ...
