Presotea Midland — Restaurant in Midland

Driving to the north side of Walmart for take and bake pizza, I decided to stop in for a drink. OMG you absolutely have to try this place!! I am not going to lie, but I have been twice now in the past 2 days.

Okay first, the place is super clean but you can tell it is a little run down. Either scrub down those walls or repaint them... But seeing the hand traffic, it's just kind of gross, you know? Also the side fabric chairs - while they used to probably be really cute, they're just now gross and nobody wants to sit on that. Thankfully on the opposite wall are all wood chairs - and very clean!

Now let's talk about the tea. On my first trip I had a taro something. That was very divine. The drink in the picture is strawberry coconut blended yumminess! The staff here is super amazing and so very friendly! The absolutely adorable Adie walked me through the menu both times. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and made recommendations based on my taste. Service is quick - and if you don't want to talk to the staff there are several kiosks strategically placed to place your order.

On 5/14 I Placed an order for pick up at 12:45 and received a notification that my order was ready at 12:18. I picked up my order at 12:48. Explained to the worker that it was suppose to be made way later so my drink had been sitting for 30 minutes. All she did was explain that it was her fault and that she will talk to the owner because the system that she looked at doesn't tell her it's scheduled. BUT the other system does. Why not remake my drink and make it FRESH. I am so upset I never EVER have any issue but the last two times I came the workers never resolve the issue. Last time they said I ordered the wrong drink but I know what I ordered and they didn't fix it. I’m going to start off by saying, the variety of drinks is amazing, and the 2 drinks we got were pretty good. We got a coffee, and strawberry tea with bobbas. The only reason that I’m giving them 2 stars is because the girl at the front desk wasn’t welcoming and didn’t seem interested in explaining anything. I found this place on instagram and it looked worth trying so it was my first time and I was really excited but also didn’t know how to order or what I would like. I asked the girl and she told me to order on the screen that I could see everything on there. Long story short your drinks are really good but train your workers to be more welcoming and better...
