If you’re a Caucasian American with a craving for something you’d generously call “Mexican,” then this is your culinary playground. The place is a visual delight—think of it as a ‘Pinterest meets Cancun’ kind of vibe, with festive décor that’s probably more Mexican than your cousin’s Cinco de Mayo party. It’s spotless, which is a nice touch because who doesn’t love clean surfaces to rest their margarita glass on?Now, let’s talk about the food. It’s made with obvious care and quality, and I’m sure the chefs worked hard to achieve that delicate balance between Taco Bell nostalgia and a vague nod to Mexican cuisine. As someone who actually grew up in Mexico City and knows what real Mexican food tastes like, I can confidently say that this restaurant offers a taste of Mexico—if Mexico had been colonized by Tex-Mex enthusiasts with a penchant for cheddar cheese. But, as I said, if you’re Caucasian and craving Mexican food, you’ll probably love this place. It’s Mexican enough to feel exotic but not so Mexican that it’ll scare off your palette. So, go ahead, grab a seat under the sombrero-shaped light fixtures, and enjoy your quesadilla with a side of...

I wouldn’t say this place has authentic Mexican food but they do a great job trying. Plus those who don’t know what authentic Mexican food taste like would love this place for its simplistic way of making “Mexican” food. It is a fast food restaurant because they are QUICK when it comes to serving weather it be drive thru call in or walk in they are fast. The foods not all bad though like I said it’s simple easy fast dishes, again understandable fast food Mexican restaurant and all. I prefer beef fajita nachos you have to ask for extra meat because they don’t put a whole lot of meat in their food. Well when it comes to fajitas (beef or chicken) I know they are not generous on the amount of meat they put. Also one last thing even before inflation this place was way over priced it’s expensive for a fast food restaurant. But that’s a Bobby Cox company for you. They are excellent in cleanliness I will say that too. I linead when I said one last thing now I really mean it one last thing the decor is...

Food was basically the same as all of the other restaurants (it is a franchise). The young guy (majority of the staff looked young) taking my order doesn't know the menu (even though it's right behind his head) and trying to tell me what I'm ordering is not correct. Once he finally figures it out, that's it. I don't have a chance to get something to drink or add a piece of cake (which looked good). When I got my food 70% of everything that was supposed to be on my tostada was not on there, half of my hard taco was not on there. It was just thrown in the container. I didn't get any guacamole (which wasn't something I added, it was supposed to come with my order- I ordered a Deluxe Mexican plate [#6]). I didn't check it before I left because the cashier got me one last time, the man said my # was 6 but it was really 80. I ordered a #6. A bunch of young kids in there without a care in the world, I will not...

When ordering I explained I have an allergy to poultry . I ordered beef fajita plate and beef fajita burrito. I eat inside , not thinking since I was starving at this point I started eating and not paying attention to my food. When I finally noticed there was some chicken on my plate and the manager is apparently off the young girl at the register said what do you want me to do I can't remake your food cause you ate some of it. I was furious she didn't asked me if I was ok or anything. I said you know what I don't want anything from you except to be careful when u make someone's food who has already alerted you that they have an allergy. I often come here with friends after this , I think there are many much nicer establishments we can spend our money at.

A couple of weeks ago I told my friend about this GREAT WFPB meal I put together at Rosa's. I got it to go and took a picture of it in a container box. She was so impressed that we went there Wed. and ordered it as a plate to go which had larger portions. She was won over! She's been telling her family and friends about it. I recommend this meal for not only WHOLE FOOD, PLANT BASE Meal lovers, but anyone who can appreciate a very economical, fresh, delicious NO MEAT meal. Ask for a TO GO plate (dinner) with black beans (or refried beans), rice, lettuce & tomatoes salad, scoop(s) of guacamole. Thy charge by each item.. If you want to crunch, order a small bag of chips with salsa. What a great meal! Tell them Ramona sent you.
