Donât do order ahead here, no matter how tempting it may be. I have had multiple experiences with this branch where Iâve given them plenty of time (like 20 minutes) and my order still isnât ready by the time I arrive. I do like that they have order ahead parking, but at this point, thereâs no use if they canât fulfill orders in a timely manner. I donât do drive-through because it is easier to order ahead, pick up, and leave. This morning, when my order wasnât ready, I could clearly see that they were short staffed and left without my food because I was short on time and didnât want to take more time away getting a refund. Sadly, this is a common issue in Midland and considering this is a new branch, thatâs very disappointing. I was really looking forward to having a Starbucks closer to my work, but if the experiences Iâve had recently are any indication of how this branch is going to operate in the future, I will be sure to visit the other...

   Read moreSo I've been to the Starbucks a few times and it's always pretty good. But the last couple times I went have been different. I just left and a guy named Junior help me at the window. He had my drinks at the counter when I drove up to the window all he had to do was scan my phone and give me my coffee... I had a pastry ordered so I didn't mind to wait for that. But instead he proceeded to make more orders as I sat at the window for 15 minutes looking at my coffee... when he finally made it to the window to handit to me, it was all watered down and gross. Also I watched him drop my pastry on the floor it was in the bag so no big deal but that was just the topping on the water down coffee cake... it should be correct Barista etiquette to give you the coffee and wait...
