Here's the truth. The owner closes the business at 9pm on a Friday night. The bar next door has limited parking. The one night I go out I park at La Mision. My vehicle is parked against the wall of the bar on the furthest part of the parking lot. The parking lot was not closed off by wire at the time I went. 1:25AM rolls around and everyone's car ends up getting towed from La Mision. There was not a sign where I was parked because the owner does not own the bar next door she couldn't place a sign on a building she doesn't own. The bar closes at 2AM. We were about to go home and I got towed along with 20 other vehicles. When I went to one of the trucks to ask about my vehicle there was nothing I could do. Not only was I stranded there were young girls trying to get home and were also stranded. Luckily I had a ride to go to the towing center. When I explained how there was no sign to be towed I still had to pay. 288 dollars later I got my car back. All of this right before Christmas. 20 cars at 288 dollars a piece is 5760 dollars minimum in one night. Someone cut a fat check and the old lady has to be in on it. Idk if it was out of jealousy or hatred to the bar next door but I'm just a citizen trying to enjoy one night out which I rarely get and just to park in a limited facility I get punished. There was no damage to the parking lot or damage to the establishment. I wasn't in anyone's way nor did I obstruct business hours. In fact I had to walk in the cold around the fence to even get in the entrance. I'm sorry but I will never support a business who only wishes ill will towards others to maintain their pride....
Read moreThe food wasn't the best. However what really upset us was that we handed the server 2 credit cards to split our bill. She didn't do it correctly... again we can let that go but she lost one of the credit cards. Then argued with me about what I gave her for a good 5 to 10 minutes. After going to look for it she comes back and argues with me again telling me "I'm lying" & "You only gave me one card". After looking at the bill again and the one card she handed back to me it showed she charged $28 on one card and balance do was $33... I tried to tell her she only ran one card and that's why there is still a balance. She then said "no it's because your card declined". She then runs off and finds my card after the 3rd time of coming back and forth. She then tells me she needs to charge it... ok wait... did it get declined or not then??? She then grabs the balance due paper out of my hand and runs away again. She charges my card (it didn't decline), comes back and says "here you go... sorry" but it's your fault because your card is messed up. At the end of the day we got our cards back and I don't know if she was trying to steal it. It wasn't lost!!! I saw another girl at the front hand her my card and they both shrugged their shoulders. Unfortunately we will never go back to this establishment. I don't even want to take a chance with people like that. I can deal with slow service, bad food, and many other things but I will never deal with a thief! God Bless and goodluck if...
Read moreIncompetencia/Incompetent My husband and I were out for date night tonight. The place was full but we decided to stay and I put my name on the list. The young hostess told me it would be 15 minutes for a table for two. We waited over 20 minutes and I informed her we were outside in the foyer she said we were next. I thanked her. I kept seeing other people seated thereafter more time passed. The couple that arrived after us was seated before us this was the last straw. I kindly went up and asked the hostess why were skipped and she went into defense mode, brushed me off and said it wasn’t her. I tried explaining that I saw another gentleman just come over and ask table for two and they took the other couple before us. Again she disregarded my concern and told me to sit down and I would be called. I didn’t yell, I wasn’t rude or cursed and told her that they needed a better system because people were getting skipped. She said she didn’t like how I was acting and refused to serve me. I asked for a manager. The hostess said she was the manager. The hostess said HER MOTHER OWNS THE RESTAURANT AND SHE CAN REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE! I was flabbergasted. If this is the treatment they give to patrons they won’t last very long especially when they have incompetent little girls representing their business!!! Can’t wait for CHUY’S...
