After three years of my orders being screwed up & me being argued with over wanting a remake. I got fed up when my drink was wrong, again. Every time I'm in there my drink is wrong & rather than being given a new one. I'm fought with! I decided to complain to management. Before I could explain what was going on he interrupted me & began defending himself & the barrista. I didn't want a refund, new drink, a reprimand, or anything of the sorts. I wanted him to make the employees stop being rude & argumentative over orders. I get they're super busy, exhausted & tired of dealing with clients & explaining orders. That's not an excuse to always argue. The very sign by the bar says they'll fix the drink without issue. This is a bald faced lie.. I am always met with an elitist attitude, rudeness, argumentative behavior, & plain rotten customer service. I'm not mad that it is screwed up, accidents happen. I am mad that y'all never fail to mess up my order then argue with me over what it is. When you finally fix the thing you very audibly complain to your coworkers about me & my request. This is your job whether you like it or not, no excuse to treat customers badly. Not when the customer begins their request politely & without blame. The management & employees are the worst I've come across to date. All Midland Starbucks are bad, the Midkiff locations is by far the worst. No professionalism or customer service. Read moreMost horrible experience I've ever had at a business period! Waited 7 min at drive thru speaker with no single person in front of me. When ordering had to repeat order 4 times and on the 4th time you can hear people laughing through the speaker. Get to the window no apologies from employee for the wait he tells me the total and walks away setting my card down. He returns to the window and is on his cell phone and tells me my total again. I tell him he's done took my card and he walks away. Mind you there are only 5 vehicles in parking lot and no one ever walks to the register, which is visible from the window. I then witness the 2 items I ordered placed at the window and the employee comes back looks at them looks directly at me then walks away again. This entire time he has never ran my card nor gave it back to me. At this time I've now been at the window for another 9 minutes when he finally gives me all my stuff and still no apology...
Read moreThe worst run Starbucks in the country, easily. If you have an hour to wait for a coffee, this is the place for you. The food lady is always on her game and had my breakfast sandwich ready to roll when I arrived for my online order (thank you food lady), but for some reason they only have one person making drinks for the customers inside. They way over-prioritize the drive thru to the detriment of anybody who is foolish enough to set foot inside the store. The one lady inside on drinks (dyed red hair) was too busy talking to a friend today to be bothered making drinks. She was averaging one drink every 5-7 minutes. After waiting for over 45 minutes I canceled my drink and left. This is not an uncommon occurrence for this location; I live nearby and unfortunately have elected to go here multiple times to see if it has gotten any better. It has not.
