Texas Burger — Restaurant in Midland

Dec 17 2023.. UPDATE… This place blows Whataburger out, the water, hands-down.. the food is always fresh. The patties are always hot. The service is always friendly… I pass 3 Whataburgers to get here every single time I come, which is a few times a month. Honestly this is a phenomenal little joint they got here..

My review as of November 15, 2023 is below..

I’m not going to say, this place is better than Whataburger, because that’s honestly gonna be a matter of personal preference… With that said, if anyone is going to give Whataburger a run for their money, it’s definitely this place…

I will say this is my first time eating here… The environment seemed a little more homey, and a little less corporate… (I got to sit here and watch Fox News that was great)..

The people behind the counter were plenty friendly… They have a nice selection of ice cream and different desserts ..

I got the double bacon cheeseburger and the spicy fries… They are not spicy at all. I just love the texture of them… Overall, I will definitely be back when I’m in the mood...

Went Texas Burger Eve Christmas with a group of 11 at 1:30 pm, and we were the only people in line. I could hear a male employee complain that “of course they don’t know they what!” As we looked at the menu. I ordered a double cheeseburger with a large drink, and fry and paid almost $18 and he got it wrong and yes I know his name. I did not ask them to redo it because they took too long and based on their attitude, they probably would’ve adulterated my food which is a felony in Texas. When we left, my brother accidentally left his very expensive jacket which they claimed they could not find 3 minutes later. 4/23/23 4:15 server S was very rude. We waited for our number to show up on the screen as it was our turn I got up to pick up at counter. I was met half way with my tray as Server handed it to me I asked if it was my number. She hands me the tray doesn't say a word and has an annoyed look on her face. I later got up as an item was not on the tray i figured it was still being made. I went up to the counter and server stared at me. Does not offer help or say anything. I finally said i didn't get my shake. She simply turns around says something to another employee. Finally She replies there was a mix up and another would be made. There was not a welcoming environment i felt like I was an inconvenience. Need more training to be...
