Pure Green in Midland is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming the moment you walk in, and the place is spotless, which makes for such a refreshing experience. They have a very large variety of smoothies, bowls, protein options, and add-ins that make it easy to customize exactly what you’re looking for. I was impressed by the different toast options you can add as well—perfect for a healthy but filling bite.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. The barista went above and beyond and made me a Matcha drink that wasn’t even on the menu, and it turned out excellent! That kind of attentiveness and creativity is rare, and it shows how much they care about their customers.

I’ve always loved this place and never had any issues until today. The new girls working seem young and uninterested, which is disappointing because this location has always been a bright spot. It’s crucial for new hires to reflect the high standards this place is known for. If you don’t want to work here, please don’t apply!

Today, the attitude of the two girls on shift changed as soon as the young, tall lady (who wasn’t even on the clock) left. She was incredibly kind and professional—she almost seemed like the owner. But once she was gone, the girls didn’t say thank you, didn’t tell us goodbye, and barely handed me my order with a dismissive “here.”

10/10 Experience with Pure Green this morning. I used UberEats for a breakfast run and Pure Green were missing one of the toppings I had requested and they wrote a thoughtful personal note and added a shot instead. Most places just move on and you’re out of luck. This was extremely thoughtful and kindness goes such a long way 🙌🏽. My Avocado Toast was amazing and presented well along with my Hazelnut Smoothie Bowl will absolutely recommend to my colleagues here at the office as we order often places for breakfast!
